BUYER BEWARE

The customer service provided by this company is HORRIBLE. ANYTIME you call them there is a two hour wait to speak to someone and in the end you receive no help. SImply the run around. I regret ever buying this product.

Horrible customer service

I am very pleased with the look of the Hollman range, but I am not satisfied with the function of the range. Early on, the fans made an extremely loud noise. Now that the fans do not work, the knobs get so hot you can not touch them. The small oven does not work. As you can see in the photo, the lights do not turn on and the oven doesn't get hot. Ovell, I am not happy with the customer service of Hollman and HD. I have contacted both companies with no help. My Hollman range still doesn't work!

Do not buy

This is a gorgeous range and if that is all your looking for is a beautiful range then by all means this is for you. If you want it to function properly steer clear. We have had so many issues with our range and Hallman industries will not fulfill their warrenty. They diagnose over the phone and even though we called a technician who diagnosed the problem, hallman is saying the technician is mistaken and will not replace the parts.
