We are very disappointed with these doors for two reasons. The install directions are poorly written and in metrics. As our builder was carrying the first door into the bathroom, it burst/exploded into thousands of glass pieces. Nothing was bumped or dropped. Obviously problems with the glass. Needless to say, he was cut and we had glass everywhere

HOROW sliding door

This is by far the best quality item I have ever purchased from homedepot (you can see it from the pictures in my bathroom). The box was delivered on a wooden pallet without any damage, which eliminated my concerns. The track and glass are absolutely top notch, our contractor installed it very quickly and gave compliments. I am leaving this review after having used it for a week, the coated glass allows me to clean it in a short time(this means a lot to me), yes, this is a wise purchase!

[Rewarded Review] Nice frameless shower door - bad instructions

This frameless shower door looks nice. It is relatively easy to put up. The instructions are poor. The parts are labeled in Chinese or Korean or something like that. Parts especially seal are not clearly identified and pictures in the instructions are not clear either. The instructions do not identify that the door stops can be moved, but after serious exam I discovered the set screw deep inside and was able to adjust the stop. Had I seen that first I probably would have needed to cut the end of the support bar in order to get the mounts to line up with the precut holes of the stationary glass panel.

Sleek sturdy&good quality shower door, very modern

An excellent product, very well packed for shipment, good instructions. Once installed-the door opens and closes effortlessly. I would HIGHLY recommend having pro installation. The glass is extremely heavy and must be put up and taken down multiple times for fitment. If you have to drill through tile to mount the door, special bits is needed. If you do decide to do it yourself- you night need at least one more person to help. Very pleased with product. Well priced, Would recommend this product.

Great product and Great support

I received the shower glass earlier than expected. It’s a very solid door and looks great. The service and support are even better. I had an issue during installation, my installers fault not the glass door, and the Horow support team took care of it quickly. Would definitely recommend.

[Rewarded Review] Clean Simple and relatively easy DIY Shower Door Installation.

Very clean and simply design to fit in any decor. Delivery was on pallet and it fit easily into a midsize SUV for even easier DIYers. It does require two people to handle the box as well as safely hand the glass doors. Packaging was solid and protective. The wall brackets are different than I’ve used before but work well. Instructions are in metric and this does make it challenging for getting the right size drill bits. Glass panels are clean and resistant to dirt build up with the easy clean glass. This one is installed with a shower base pan and seals nicely to retain the water from daily use. Additionally the stainless steel base material should provide a lifetime of durability.

This was a great quality door

Exactly as advertised! Great product! The contractor that installed mine said it's the best quality shower door he has ever seen. This door is heavy duty. Will be purchasing another one for my second bathroom.

Beautiful and sturdy! Exactly what we wanted. It's a smooth glide so easy to use. The instructions weren't the best English so that took a lot of relooking. There was a tiny part missing, but customer service responded immediately and is sending another one. The delivery driver was alone and it is a 2 person job. My husband had to help. The door is VERY heavy so having 1 person deliver was crazy.

I even regret not using this modern device sooner

The door slides very smoothly and requires very little force, making it perfect for seniors like me. Seals very well, water doesn't splash outside after every shower, which is very important because slippery bathrooms can be a big hazard for us seniors, and this door completely eliminates that danger. I witnessed the installation process and the workers were very professional and efficient in getting the job done.
