This lamp was exactly what I needed to complete my grandson's room. He loves to read, read, and then read a little more!! Perfect size & color to complete the book corner!!

Just what we wanted.

This is the perfect little reading light. Easy to put together and looks nice. We added a softer light bulb to it and it makes for a cozy reading knock.

I thought the light was nice but I wish it expanded a bit taller, it's a bit short for taller people.

A perfect reading lamp for the living room. The "rose bronze" is a dark, almost black color. This is not a floor lamp that will illuminate an entire room, but perfect for reading.

Good for reading, but not for looking at :(

I purchased this reading lamp for some clients, who are having me return it because the shade and stem do not fit together tightly. Overstock has been very helpful in assisting with the return, but I feel it's a design flaw and would not recommend this product to anyone with an eye for detail. The "quality" issue seems like the lamp should be priced in the $ or less category, unfortunately.

Sturdy and adjustable height lamp. Overall, nice purchase for our living room. Also like that head swivels to adjust direction of light. We use a Edison bulb, which add a bit of flavor.

The only item I ever returned to Overstock and I have ptobsbly purchased st least 30 items thru the years. Looked very cheap and the bronze was all the same time. Something was off.

Exactly as pictured - though the finish definitely looks black, not brushed bronze. Easy to assemble and functional, overall very pleased with this purchase.

Looks good and light works well, however the top part (where the bulb sits) came loose so it hangs down a bit and doesn't look as sharp. Otherwise, it is nice and light and easy to move around.

Basic Floor Light, Nice Style.

The Oiled-Bronze finish is nice, the floor weight is nice and heavy. The overall finish is good, and the adjustment knob and lock is good, too.

LOVE THIS SO MUCH

It's simple and clean - which is exactly what I was looking for. ALSO love height adjusting abilities! Perfect accessory to my living room and sectional. Used in the evenings to add light to a livingroom that does not have overhead lighting. Perfect for a reading light - not recommended as a source to light up an entire room.

I have 24 furnished rental properties and bought this for one of my rentals. I leave reviews after many months of use and I love how well this piece has held up in my portfolio. I would buy this again!

The light shade part did not hold up and the metal got very hot from the bulb. I would not recommend this item It was cheap but not the quality I expected.

Not high enough for a floor lamp. Too close to sofa so have to use as a table lamp.

I have searched long and hard for the perfect living room reading light. What is so special about this one is not only its good looks, its sturdy construction, but also that it can be adjusted to a much lower height than most reading lights out there. I like not to see the bulb when I sit down to read. This light is great. The on off switch is readily reached just below the metal head. Floor switches are dreadful for reading lights which tend to be turned off and on frequently. I really notice that folks nowadays do not have a decent light for reading.

Not a good value

Looked great for several months, but hood became floppy, then broke. Its cheap, but looks goid, works well in short term.
