It doesn't cool good at all had same btu before and it cooled alot better I have asthma/COPD and have to stay in cool room I have to use a fan to get lil coolness around my bedroom

This was awesome was easy to install, love the feature where you set it to a certain temperature and it keeps that in the room. It's nice having the remote so when you're watching TV you don't have to get up and change it.

Nice ac unit. Fairly quiet and blows cold air. Unit also comes with a remote control and expanders to fit the window opening. I got this ac unit at BJ's end of season sale. Super deal.

I love my new AC. It kept me nice a cool during the heatwave. I could not wait to come home from work and turn it on. Within seconds I was feeling nice and relaxed. Price was very reasonable and the look is very nice too.

It was a very easy installation and it works perfectly in our small cottage. It keeps it cool and runs very quietly. I highly recommend.

Disappointed and Displeased

Not very impressed or happy with this unit. While it cools well, it also does not remove much humidity from the air and as a result the the air is damp. Also, this unit shows the Energy Star label on the front panel, however, when I submitted a rebate to my electric company, they advised this is NOT an Energy Star model per the Energy Start website and I confirmed this is not listed on the Energy Start website so I don't know why this has an Energy Star label and seems deceptive to have this on the unit.

Awesome air conditioner

It was easy to setup my air-conditioning unit IT works perfectly.

Nice window unit, indeed

It has a remote which I haven't tried. Probably works just fine.

It was icy cold for the first two days then little by little is starting warming up and by the end of 2 weeks it only blew out warm air. I had it on 14 hours a day and shut it off in the overnight hours so it did not burn 24 hours a day it had plenty of time to simmer down. Will be returning this unfortunately

Good unit as of now

My ac in my rv went out I purchased this ac for my bedroom but put it in the living area while waiting on a larger that I had to order. I knew this one wouldn't keep my whole rv cold or cool but it did keep it comfortable during 85° or so with 100° feels like temp. And being it's 3' from my head it's quiet and does not disturb me listening to the TV like my rv unit did. As of now I'm happy with the unit.

Good so far

Only had a month or so, but cools well, easy to use, fairly easy to install; con: makes several somewhat loud annoying popping noises during the first 15 seconds or so when compressor kicks in;

Arrived promptly. Easy to setup and install and is cooling the space nicely, so far.

[Rewarded Review] Great Unit

This air conditioner is very efficient and works well. Using it has reduced my electric bill. I replaced 3 units with Frigidaire units. The former units weren’t energy star rated and my bill was higher. These units were easy to assemble and install. The only complaint I have is that they’re loud, so loud that if I’m talking on speaker on my landline, the person I’m speaking to has said that they have trouble hearing me. I’ve had to turn it off when on the phone in my office.

Great efficient AC with excellent warranty and supplies. Only make sure that you get the measurements of the ac with the wings to ensure proper fit into window.

Easy to install, has adjustable up/down air flow, quiet, & blows cold.

This is my second purchase for my daughter’s bedroom. i’ve had mine for 5 years and it still works like new. very happy with its energy efficiency.
