Ordered this tree last year and went to put it up yesterday and noticed two sections of the lights not working. The description clear states the lights wouldn’t go out if one light went out. Very disappointed

This is a beautiful tree! It looks great! My only problem with it is that it can be tricky to connect the pieces to get the lights to turn on. Once you get it connected, it is gorgeous!

Beautiful and realistic. Haven’t had a fake tree in 15 years. Was nervous buying this unseen but figured for the price, if it wasn’t good I would go back to a real tree. It is absolutely beautiful

This tree was even better than expected. The height, the fullness and realness was just what I wanted. Initially concerned it would be too tall but it was just right! Proud of the decision to purchase.

Perfectly festive and beautiful. This was so quick and easy to set up. There are plenty of branches, which really do a great job of covering the center. It’s the perfect height and has a wonderful fullness. it looks like a real tree!

My first artificial Christmas Tree and I am so pleased with this choice. Exactly as pictured, very full, plenty of lights. You really have to take your time and spread every single branch, but it’s well worth the effort. It would be nice if the materials were a little softer, but I’m happy with the results.

The pictures are misleading. The tree has no branches on the inside so no matter how much you fluff it you can see straight through it. The branches are only on the end and you can see the metal.wiring on the inside. Super disappointed!

Exceeded my expectations! Took about 2+ hours to fluff but I absolutely LOVE it!! Uploaded 3 pics so you can see how it comes out of the box, after fluffing and after decorating. 10/10 Highly Recommend!

Cheaply made

I returned this tree the same day delivered. The tree looked great in photo but was cheaply made . The lights wiring were hanging loosely between the branches- but the lights were ok. I don't know why the wiring hanging because it was a power connect tree and should have been wrapped around each branch -shouldn't been seen. Branches levels/layers were very far a part from each branch row .

Purchased because 71/2 ft. tree I bought 18 years ago from Home Depot, was too heavy, but lights were still working and tree was much fuller and more realistic. Very disappointed in National Tree Co. May return if I find somethingnicer

Do not buy this tree. I have had over 30 years of using artificial trees, including the fluff of branches to make tree look real. This tree is pictured one way and it is not that way whether you spend ten minutes or ten hours to fluff. It is dropping needles like I have had it ten years and had dried out over the years. This tree is a total waste of money.

Set up was fairly easy. I would have liked more lights, but husband was satisfied with the amount. The branches are full, and the overall shape is exactly as pictured. I had a little trouble connecting the electrical cords between the second and third tiers, but after a bit of finagling, I connected them. It is just the right size for the area in which it is displayed. Quite pleased.

Difficult Tree

Had a very difficult time getting all the lights to work the first time I put it up. Had to call customer service for help which they could not help me. Replaced a whole strand one by one and changed out the pug fuse all before the first use. Also, beware the needles are extremely sharp and cut up my arms while fluffing. There are still some holes but all in all it still is pretty beautiful for a new tree.

Great looking tree

Easy to assemble the only difficulty was our family has a tradition of placing a star on the top. There was no open branch without lights so I played it by ear and doubled one over.

Just OK...works

Not as full as I would've liked it to be, but it gets the job done for my first artificial tree. The lights are fairly bright, no problems plugging them in and no outages. A negative is the top piece, it doesn't fit snugly into the middle section so it can spin rather easily if you knock it. When it spins, the lights on the top part flicker. Lastly the very top where you would put a star is really flimsy so putting a star on top is going to take some engineering to make sure it stays up right..

I purchased this tree out of the holiday season. Looks great on the website and was a pretty good price. We put it together which it went together very easily. However, some of the lights didn't work. We never finished opening up the branches to see how full it was, so cannot form an opinion on that. I called overstock but the tree was out of stock and they had no replacement parts to replace the broken area of the tree so I had to send it back. I am considering giving it another try though. Can't beat the price from what I can see

Bought this after Christmas for n2019r. Definitely not as full as the photo on Overstock, but even my photos look a little better than the actual product in real life. I almost sent it back before my husband pointed out the side branches they talked about on the instructional video (link included in the paperwork sent with the tree), and we tried one more time shaping the tree. It's full enough to make me happy, but don't expect it to look quite like it does online. The top portion of the tree is rather difficult to shape. The lights seem a bit skimpier than it looks in the photo as well. We will probably be adding some more taking away some of the convenience of having a prelit tree. It's simple to put together with the lights automatically plugging in inside the stem, but my husband is concerned about the durability of the connections, and it's quite difficult to get apart. All in all, it looks better than the trees we saw at ***, but isn't as good as the old tree we had. (That one was bought at a Christmas tree store about 15 years ago, and was finally falling apart too much for me to want to use it another year.)

Lights shorted out!

The tree is easy to assemble and looks nice after adjusting the limbs. What isn’t nice is the fact that a couple rows of the lights have shorted out, every bulb has burned out with in that row. Is this a fire hazard? Will it burn down my house? This tree was bought in late December of 2017 and used this year, one time.

Product is "OLD STOCK"

Do not recommend this tree. One of the strands of lights did not work and not enough replacement lights were included for a whole strand. The lights are NOT LED which indicates a 3-4 year old stock tree. All new trees have LED lights. The tree looks nice but I have to put the strand not working in the back and hope no one notices. Expensive tree for a strand not to work.
