Original order and replacement broken!
The biggest disappointment during my renovation. Money going in the drain! Initial order broken followed by a broken replacement. When I tried to talk to customer service the answer was “send an email”, when I emailed the reply was “talk to Home Depot for a replacement”. BIG JOKE! Home Depot did proceed with the replacement, but bad one again. In the meantime, I am loosing money with contractors waiting for the tub.
This tub looks great in our new bathroom. It has received numerous compliments!
