Great tub & communication

After placing our order through HD, Streamline called to confirm all details of our order. They then provided delivery updates to us via phone and email. After delivery they called to confirm that the tub was in perfect condition and that all parts were received…which they were. The tub is fabulous for two people to soak. We are both able to be fully submerged up to our necks. Love this tub!!!

Poor Customer Service

First tub was cracked. Had to drive 45 minutes each way for pick up and return. Then had to do it again to get new tub.
