Looks nice but brass is painted on plastic
I have a lot of brass and walnut in my home. This fan compliments my decor but only when looking at it from a distance. I was really disappointed to find out the brass is painted on plastic. We ordered a 24" downrod from Lumens which also matches the painted on look. I'm sure most people won't even notice.

Not able to return
After learning that I would have to pay for shipping to me and back for a fan I ordered also learned that the download for that can’t be returned at all. I don’t understand how y’all have an online presence at all.

I have not received this item and it has been a painful experience getting a credit back for it

Unit was never delivered under my original order. Carrier (UPS) confirmed that tracking # provided was incorrect as it was for another customer and they never received my order. I had to contact the customer support 2 weeks later (and argue with them) to get the product shipped again. Product was never shipped the first time. Quick shipping the second time
