Ruben and the team were early, awesome and politely allowed me to look inside the box before receipt to make sure it was not visibly damaged.

Very loud and less CFM than claimed

Got this and installed it with the rear exhaust vent, understand now why folks go up as it is tough to get it all lined up perfectly and sealed. My airflow is not great and thought perhaps I didn't get a good seal but I've put cameras in and all is definately good, so I'm disappointed how in their demo video it can hold up dozens of cups and mine barely holds up a single kleenex. I was also disappointed in how loud this was, even on the quietest setting.

The unit is very quiet and still moves a good bit of air even on the lower settings. Even the highest setting while not quiet isn’t that objectionable. It’s heavy enough to not even think about setting it yourself. I haven’t used it enough to have to clean it but it should be easy enough. The grease collection tray should be nice. Be careful with the updraft damper when installing. I snagged the rubber pivot and had to remove the damper. It wasn’t fixable. At least the roof hood has a flap. The timer for the fan is a nice touch. I like no buttons for operation. It keeps the face easy to clean. I could do without another clock in the kitchen but one more isn’t a big deal.

Beautiful Vent Hood, But Instructions Need Work

The only negative about this vent hood is the instruction manual...it left out a couple of steps, such as removing the housing for the fans. Even the videos didn't show this, but you clearly have to in order to access the screw holes to attach it to the cabinet above.

Great rang hood we’ve had so far

Works very well. It is very loud but I do not mind as I can cook more food with it without getting the whole house smell

Love it. It was easy to install and has a lot of power.

Installed with ease and really is a strong unit. No more smells in my house. It is important your hood covers the entire stove. My original hood was only 17" deep. I have a high-end stove from ABT and requires at least a 22" deep hood also due to heat level.

Only two issues. The lights could be dimmable or located at the back instead of the front. Light shines in her eyes. It was not easy drilling up into the cabinet. The drill holes are difficult to get to. Drilling down from the cabinet would have made installation a lot quicker. It’s a great unit. More cfm is better. Looks elegant.

Great hood, looks nice. Appears to be constructed well. It was a little difficult getting the mounting screws installed on the back screws.

So far so good

Delivery was quick, and we opted for professional installation, which we waited a few days for. The product looks decent so far, and everything seems good. I’ll update with my actual experience after some time.

It’s a little heavy but went up easy enough. One feature we really enjoy is the timer function that automatically shuts everything off and the twin fans move a significant amount of air. We’re very happy with it.

Works very well, you'll need additional hardware to install

The range hood itself is fantastic, works really well and is quiet for the fans power. It's well built and the grills make a difference vs. typical mesh screens. The LED lights could be better for the price point.

Good but also stupid.

Powerful yet quiet and pretty. Some of it is a lot more cheaply made than a $600 range hood should be.

Happy with range hood. Works as expected. Dual fans do a good job however they are loud.

Great Appliance but Delivery was No Bueno

Great appliance but such a headache to get it ordered on time. I initially ordered through Hauslane directly but after 3 days of no order confirmation I called them and asked where my shipment was it was not shipped and wouldnt be for a few days. I found on walmart for a guarantee for 3 days, it took almost a week or more to be delivered, very disappointed in the wait. Very difficult to install, definitely need two well versed (in construction) men.
