Item exactly as described and depicted in the photos. Brand new but in an open box. No issues at all and it worked perfectly with the fan. Great deal.

Worked fine, hate the price

The remote worked and paired simply and quickly. We turned off the breaker (for 30 seconds), turned the breaker back on, and pushed the pair button. Compatible with our Hunter Channing fan. I'm just upset that we had to pay so much for a simple remote. Very high price.

Instructions should be re-written with tips. Install these screws on the ground before installing all of them in the air. All the Parts did not arrive at the same time. 12" Down Rod was a day late although they all shipped from the same place on the same day - Thank you FEDEX Ground, you ruined the installation. Unable speed delivery of rem. control to fix probl

I lost the remote control for a Casablanca fan. I contacted Casablanca to request their recommendation to replace the lost control. I provided the fan model number and bought the control. However, the recommendation was incorrect, contacted them they refunded the money, I ordered a different control but they were unable to speed delivery so I have to wait another 10 days without a working fan, temperatures are high at my place of residence

My dog chewed up my remote. I was afraid the new one wouldn’t work with all these bad reviews. I read them ALL and saw to turn off breaker to the fan and it worked the first time. So many people have no patience. It was quite simple. Thank you!

Its not truly a "universal" remote.

Make sure your fan us a recent model and not ine that has DIP switches.

Bogus Remote

Does not work! Fan syncs with wall switch not remote. I have a battery tester and I know the batteries are good. Asked for support at first said they were "Working on it" Then just dead silence.

Simple remote, works with or without wall control.

The instructions for this remote are completely inadequate. I had to call Hunter customer service to have them tell me about the reset button in the battery compartment. No where do the instructions say anything about a reset button. Also wasn't entirely sure if fan model already had a receiver in it, or not. But it all worked out once I talked to a very friendly and helpful representative.

The remote wont pair with fan.

I can't get it to pair with my fan. I have a Hunter fan and the remote won't pair with it.

Great remote to save steps!

I needed help from the Hunter tech team for improved directions from those in the box, but after I did it paired right away and has been great to use ever since.
