Easiest to use and does a great job! My knives being sharp is important to me and with this sharpener, they always are.

Very easy to use, sharpened my blunt knife set including a serrated bread knife to a nice sharp edge, can now cut tomatoes without crushing and splitting them open, bread knife now gives nice clean cuts. When the sharpening blades wear out you can easily reverse them, and you can obtain replacement blades.

This is by far the best sharpener I have ever purchased. I noticed it mentioned as a top pick in the America's Test Kitchen Cookbook and decided to give it a try. I have spent a lot more money on lesser sharpeners. Why spend more. this is the only sharpener I will ever need. Not to mention it is Made in the USA.
