Sehr gutes Teil, schliess meine stumpfen Messer wieder scharf. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

Knives not sharp enough

I bought this from Canadian Tire after contacting Chef's choice to ensure it would sharpen as well as the other higher priced models. I was assured the diamond sharpening discs were the same just that the last stage was manual which was fine with me. I followed the instructions exactly per the attached booklet. Although it never sharpened as well as a wet stone the first couple times I was satisfied but ever since it doesn't matter how many passes in stage one I do, I touch the blade and not near as sharp as I would like. I also find it difficult to find a burr after stage one. Now I also notice cuts into the steel part of the sharpener after the many passes into the sharpener

Dobrze ostrzy noże, wystarczy przejechać 3 razy z każdej strony wolno i nóż jest ostry. Aczkolwiek tylko pozycja 1 jest elektryczna a przegroda 2 to tylko rolka bez napędu. Więc to jest tylko ostrzenie bez polerowania.

Jestem zawiedziony

31 maja kupiłem ostrzałkę przez sklep internetowy Euro AGD. Przesyłkę otrzymałem 3 czerwca. Od razu po rozpakowaniu próbowałem naostrzyć nóż kuchenny, ale okazało się, że choć silnik pracuje, urządzenie w ogóle nie ostrzy. Złożyłem reklamację przez formularz internetowy, a niedziałający sprzęt przekazałem zgodnie z zaleceniem do sklepu stacjonarnego . Od tego czasu minęło 16 dni, a ja nie dostałem ani sprzętu, ani żadnej informacji. Procedura reklamacyjna firmy jest niedobra. PS Nie chciałem oceniać produktu, ale formularz opinii tego żąda

I bought Chef’s Choice 220 because I needed a safe knife sharpener for my kitchen knifes. The Chef’s Choice 220 works great and is safe to use. I’m 66 that’s why I say that.

This machine is quite noisy when it's in use, but that's to be expected. Haven't tried out the bread knife side yet but all our ordinary kitchen knives are lovely and sharp - with no effort at all!

Ich war sehr skeptisch bei der Bestellung.da ich Koch gelernt habe, müssen bei mir die Messer wirklich sehr scharf sein,und dieses Produkt ist sein Geld werd. Mit etwas Übung ist das Ergebnis wirklich Messerscharf....wirklich empfehlenswert....
