Bad experience with other retailers

pierwsze przeszlifowane noży zajmuje trochę czasu ale efekt jest nadspodziewanie dobry. test kartki zaliczony, no i trzeba uważać na palce. Bardzo solidnie wykonany produkt.

Mam kilka wysokiej klasy noży japońskich i kilka europejskich 20deg. Ostrzałka daje sobie doskonale radę, chwilę zajęło doszlifowanie noży europejskich na kąt 15deg ale warto było .

Точилка для ножей супер !!! Приехала сразу все ножи переточил !! Все ножи как лезвие ! Покупкой доволен , все качественно сделано ✅ не шумная , по мне 10 баллов из 10! Долго выбирал, мне нужна была под японские ножи 15*, рассматривал 1520, 316 и 15xv , в 15xv не понял смысла 3 камня и не где описания нет , а вот 1520 и 316 смысл один тк 1520 можно сказать 2 камня только 2 разных градуса , а вот 316 чисто 15* так же 2 Камня , функции одинаковы но цена меньше 👍🏻 спасибо больше магазину !

Blades wear out

After using the 316 for several months with occasional sharpening it seemed to stop getting the blade sharp. I tried gentle pulls but after doing a series of 50-70 pulls per side the knife still comes out dull. Probably had it over a year because I put it aside after it stopped sharpening but now would like a sharpener but replacement discs seem very expensive.I liked the sharpener when it was new because it sharpened well. Maybe I got a defective unit that didn't have a good coating on the discs.
