It's the little things that let us down

We have Rohl fixtures throughout our home and purchased this for a new island.Everything seemed fine except for the aerator that seems to be defective; water splashes all over due to it being faulty.Otherwise it seems to be ok

Disappointed

This faucet is nice looking and worked pretty well but started having problems after a few years. We replaced the handle once or twice and it's currently broken. Then something happened to an internal part and it started leaking. Rohl will only replace the part, not the faucet. For the price we paid, we expected it to last much longer.

RUN, do not walk, from this faucet

I'm rating this faucet a 1-star, only because there isn't a lower option. I spent nearly $600.00 for this faucet when building a new kitchen for myself three years ago. Within the first year I began having trouble with the water flow of the faucet. It would slow to a trickle, but if I used the sprayer, I had full water pressure. I called Rohl directly and they reassured me that it was an easy fix - the problem was a faulty diverter and they would send me a new one gratis. I then spent $130 on a plumber the change out the diverter and the faucet worked fine - for about five months. It now does the same thing only with sound effects - it squeals when you turn the water on. I again spoke with Rohl who told me that they would send another diverter, or that I could take the faucet out and return it to them (in England) and if there was something wrong with it, they would replace it. I still would have to have a plumber remove the faucet, ship it overseas, wait several weeks, and then recall the plumber to reinstall. I spoke with my local Rohl dealer who said they don't really recommend Rohl because this problem was not unusual. Now that I've spent well over $700 on this faucet, I'm replacing it with another brand. Buy this only if you have lots of patience and $$$. Less

Beautiful, Fine Quality Faucets

I ordered this faucet in nickel finish for my kitchen and same one with a shorter spout for my coffee/bar sink. These are awesome faucets--can't imagine any better quality out there. I've had them in daily use for over 4 years and they look and function as well as the day I bought them. Couldn't be happier with Rohl's quality.

This is a great faucet, but keep in mind the length of the spout if using on a large farm sink. You may need an extended spout for throughly rinsing out the sink. Also note that you cannot add a sprayer later. You must buy the faucet with the sprayer if you want one. Again if you need to rinse out a large farm sink you will need the sprayer.
