Easy to install, needed to make bathroom handicap accessible without drilling holes in the wall. Material is lighter weight than anticipated but it served the purpose.

This was missing one of the two pieces of hardware to secure it to the toilet. The manufacturer would not send the missing items. Instead they offered a 15 percent discount and told me to find the missing item myself. I could not find it and had to jury rig a substitute. The item serves its purpose but is not very sturdy.

Fitting to the height of the existing toilet seat is not perfect but it might work.

Mostly satisfied.

It was easy to install and does help with getting up but the front legs are very wabbly and this is no way to stabilize them.

LESS EXPENSIVE UNITS WORK AS WELL

This safety frame serves the purpose for which it is intended but the rails could be a bit more steady. We also have a less expensive model which is less "wobbly" than this one and I believe it was about $20 less in price.
