I bought these to help with scarring after a injury. Soft capsules are easily trimmed with a scissors, and the vitamin E can then be squeezed out onto the scar. It’s an oldie but goodie home remedy, but one that is much more cost effective than the other scar treatments out in the market!

Vitamin E is considered a well known life extender. At one point it was considered to extend the life of a cell by 18 percent. Due to bioavailability of straight Vitamin E the dosage is high but if you don’t think you can drink enough almond milk, this pill is a good alternative.

For some vitamins I will spend a bit more to get better quality but nature made vitamin e is a great product at a low cost. They are gel caps so they absorb quickly and it’s the recommend amount and help blood, brain and skin health although I did read that you shouldn’t take it every day! I bought it to help with my pre-menopausal issues and it really is helping. I would highly recommend this vitamin.

I had these for a while. I didn’t really notice any difference in anything, but the quality is pretty good and the ingredient seem to be pretty well as that and the packaging is pretty normal values OK
