I've been taking Nature Made B-Complex for a while and it has been a great addition to my daily supplement routine. The vitamins seem to help reduce fatigue throughout the day. Nature Made Stress gummy vitamins have been a nice addition to my daily vitamin intake. I do feel a slight difference when I take them but I do think that if I was more consistent with them I would feel a bigger difference.

Dati na akong bumibili at umiinom nito. Tingin ko fake sya. Light color ito at hindi ganito ang kulay ng dati. Yung dati ay dark color at may batik batik na kulay at maamoy at may lasa kapag nilasahan. Ito ay halos walang amoy at walang lasa kaya masasabi kong fake ito.

It’s worth the money , stress B complex

Easy to swallow I don’t need much water ,

The value is great. I am looking for a multivitamin that is with iron so that I can absorb the nutrients better (ex: Vitamin C). I really appreciate this brand because the tablet is effective. Each tablet is huge though, so be prepared. No side-effects.
