Delivery is Super slow

I ordered this product since October 19th for a project that I am working on. I currently have 1 working bathroom since I can’t get the shower door to install in our second bathroom. The initial delivery date was supposed to be October 25,2024, now it’s November 5th and I still have not received the product. Each time I tracked the package it shows that it has been sitting at a warehouse in Boynton Beach for over a week.

Low Quality

Although the finished result looks nice, my positive review stops there. I've installed dozens of shower doors and I can say generally the quality has been drastically decreasing over the years. I was missing screws and the glass is very very thin. They made a few head scratching design decisions and it seems very rickety. The base also had a curve and had to be drilled through and secured to the curb or the caulking would not have sealed it. I will be shocked if it lasts a year.

FedEx delivered the shower doors and the box showed major damage. We took pictures. There was a hole in the top 12” x 10” and three pieces of tape was put across it.

Glass exploded during installation

This product is GARBAGE. We read previous reviews regarding glass shattering but thought maybe it was due to inexperience. We had someone with 25 plus years of experience installing our door.

shattered during installation-junk!

the door literally exploded in contractor's hands. chatted online with Lowes customer rep and all they could do so far is forward the report to fulfilling center. Sounds like a run a round.

Some of the instructions were not very clear. Althought the inventory of what was in the bag was correct, where some of the screws were used was not clearly shown. For example the stainles steel screws were not shown where they were intented to be used, and the one extra small screw was not shown to go in the lower center guide. Also a sheet calling out some extra parts was in the package. I had to call and find out that way an error in packaging.

Arrived on time with great communication from driver. As far as the product, some pieces needed help. The screws are all different, however the instructions did not specify which were which for the steps. Also, screws broke off while putting in handle because they were weak. Finished product looks great.

You get what you pay for

I bought this shower door because of the shorter height since it was being install in 1 piece fiberglass shower unit.

Be careful with this shower door. First of all they don't come packaged very well at all.

I placed an order for these doors, looked great and the color I wanted. Well, well I waited a week for them to be delivered for pick up at the Home Depot store. Home Depot informed me that they arrived at the store broken. So they placed an replacement order on my behalf. I had to go pick them up. The box looked a mess all beat up but surprisingly the doors were intact nothing looked broken. They were installed by my contractor. Everything looked fine, they worked fine, etc., he was ready to leave when we here a loud pop and shattering coming from the bathroom. Now, no one was in there, nothing hit it and somehow only one door shattered. Now i have only one door installed and the other door with the towel bar was all in pieces on the floor. Now what do with everything installed and one working shower door? ugh.

Just ok

The gliding roller seem like they won’t hold on to the door.

Horrible directions

Relying on the directions is difficult because perhaps they were translated from another language. I would have been better off just looking at the picture from the Home Depot site. The doors and parts are flimsy but do the job. None of the screws were long enough to reach the studs.

I love that this came in one piece and matched my black DreamLine shower pan. It looks contemporary and fresh. One door is solid. One is kinda flimsy. However, the overall function is great. It has a handle on the outside & inside which makes it easy to open & close. It works well in my small bathroom. If you're on a budget this shower door is a good option.

Looks great, except the gray plastic bumpers

Good price for the right size door within my budget. Looks great installed on the shower except the gray bumpers and guide on my matte black frame... I've thought about spray painting them to hide them. I'm a little concerned about the thin glass, because some people may accidentally slam the doors. I also hope everyone that uses it realizes that the door is closed since there is not a towel bar on the entry door. But all-in-all, the door look great!

Horrible Quality

The door was installed and 1 day later it just shattered. All the hardware was done correctly by a professional and the glass just felt weak sliding the doors side to side did not feel the greatest. While we were cleaning up the shattered door, the other one shattered no one was touching it or even remotely near it. I am very very disappointed with this purchase and will be headed to lowes first thing tomorrow.

Box came shredded

Box was absolutely destroyed. Like parts of box dragging on the ground, trailing behind the driver trashed. I had to open the box immediately on arrival to see if there was any damage. Glass and all parts seemed to be ok. We will see after instal.

Door is good quality however there were two problems. The towel brackets will not seat flush on th e glass door edge. It is extremely difficult to press the brackets onto the door (same with the inside door handle. This makes it very difficult to thread the small bracket screws into the female holes on the handle bars. I was finally able to seat the brackets onto the glass but had to muscle the screws into the designated slots. Because the screws would not bottom out on the brackets, I decided to leave the towel rack off.

Beautiful upgrade.

Good quality and very stylish upgrade. Smooth glass easier to clean than traditional urethane doors. Hard to seal between shower surface and the bottom rail of new door. Manufacturer could provide hard putty instead of making installer get a perfect silicon bead to ensure it doesn't leak out to floor.

Shattered glass

Door shattered just when holding the glass before contractor even installed. Glass is very thin and with one door installed, it seemed very cheap and wobbly. Didn’t get to experience 2 doors installed because the one door shattered. Would not recommend

Attractive doors, needed some readjusting after install, but they look great. The thickness of the glass is thin, so extra care during install and ensure the doors aren't slammed opened or closed during use. Probably not a good grade of glass for young kids or elderly folks.

I put the door in by myself, it was fairly easy and instructions were easy to follow. The reason it isn’t 5 stars is because the handles are extremely hard to place on the doors and with anymore force I feel I would break it. I did shatter one door and Dreamline quickly replaced it under the 90 Day warranty.
