Wasn't expecting this

Not happy with our new toilet. Seat is uncomfortable and bowl does not flush clean sometimes. Requires a second flush.

Overflowing

We bought this a year ago in bone color to match our newly renovated bathroom. Our master bathroom shower had major leaks, so we had to gut everything and start fresh. This toilet has been a nightmare. When it flushes, it will overflow sometimes when refilling. Then at other times it doesn't flush the waste at all, it just backs up and overflows. It clogs more than the 30 year old toilet it replaced. It is becoming more and more frequent. When it overflows the water gets up under the floor trim and is no doubt causing water damage that will probably lead to yet more bathroom repairs that we can't afford. A new toilet should not be doing this! I expected more from something with American in its name.

The seat level height is good for people with bad backs or knees.

We bought a few of these and within a month or less they all run and have problems flushing about 30-40% of the time. I real piece of garbage.

Great toilet but I am still getting used to the chair height

It is chair height but when I added the seat it is higher than that. My feet fell asleep because the circulation was cut off and they dangled. I had to order a Squatty Potty Stool which is wonderful and makes the toilet fabulous to use.

Compact & Good Height

We needed to specify a comfort height, round bowl toilet to fit into a tight bathroom renovation. This one fit space and the flush mechanism works well. It also looks great and is just modern enough.

Almost Perfect

We purchased the bowl and coordinating tank for a DIY bathroom renovation project. It was straightforward to install and overall I'm happy with the purchase. It looks beautiful and the 10" rough in fits perfectly in the space with just a little room between the back of the toilet and the wall. I took off 1 star because the flushing could be better. When flushing, the handle has to be held down for a couple extra seconds, and even then it doesn't always flush completely even though we've raised the water level as high as it can go.
