We evaluated more than a dozen toilets and chose the Cadet. Bought two of them. It is a good product.

The bottom was very uneven

The first one came damaged from the factory. Replacement flushes well—a little louder than our other toilets.

So far very nicely working toilet, quite and good height, easy to install.

We like everything about the toilets except the flush is noisier than most. This toilet flushes everything every time.

the box it was in was taped in white tape on bottom i didnt want to wait mor4e so i except it just hop4e its ok...going to be installed in a week..i hope its ok and not damamed

We are very pleased with our purchase. Trying to find a bone toilet that would fit into the small space was a challenge but the American Standard Compact Cadet 3 was the perfect choice. The tall height also brought a surprising change.

Very happy with the new toilet. The toilet seat and cover (yay it’s soft close) make It looks a little more institutional than I expected but that’s okay. I like that when I place things on the closed lid they won’t roll off.

Love this toilet except for the seat. For the price, the seat should not be flimsy plastic. This was a $500 toilet and the seat should reflect that .

Everything as expected with toilet except when toilet is flushed.Water spurts up and makes a loud gugling sound. Rest of flush is quite. It's not a smooth flush.

Disappointed

Bought two toilets for home. One is fine. The other does not keep water level which is about 1/4-1/2 lower than other toilet. Water level is way too low. Plumber looked at it. Said n issue with toilet. Have had toilet over year. Just thought I had to live with it, but it is irritating enough that I finally did review.

Shocked that circumference of toilet seat so small…

Tank lid didn't fit

Installed this toilet with no problems as it's not the 1st time I have done this. I'm not really happy with it's flush, doesn't feel like a full flush. The worst of it was that the tank lid didn't fit. I had to grill d off about a ¼" off of the back lip for it to finally sit the way it's supposed to. Luckily, I have the tools to make that happen. When you buy something new you expect the parts to fit. American Standard.....do better.

Don’t count on getting your delivery on time!

This American Standard Compact Cadet 3-FlowWise Tall Height 1 piece works great. Simple install, modern sleek look. Very heavy being a one peice, so if DIY, do not compromise the back and have a helper for the installation. Powerful flush using half the water of the previous one. Purchased three and I am happy with all of them.

Toilet compact size is perfect for tighter spaces. The tall height is a nice feature as is the soft close lid. It was easy to install. Happy with the purchase.

Disappointed

The toilet did not fit. I had paid for installation, so the installer returned the toilet to the Lowe's store where he bought it. That was on a Monday and I am still waiting for a credit back and it is Wednesday afternoon. Calling the help number was completely useless. I will have to go into the store on Friday to insure I am given credit for both the toilet and the installation, which never happened.

Looks and works amazing

Although the shipping box was mis-shaped, the toilet was in perfect condition. I had it professionally installed and it functions fine. The quality od American Standard toilets is far superior to Kohler and comes as the #1 recommended brand of toilets by my plumber.

Looks good & flush is strong even tho low flow. Love one piece for cleaning.
