No fuss, easy order and return!

Build is a great on line store. They filled my order promptly and I received it in perfect condition. When I had to return part of my order, it was done easily. I highly recommend this store.

Pretty but that's it

The water flow is terrible - so bad that we ordered a second one to reinstall because we thought the first was broken. The pull down is so flimsy and came disconnected multiple times before it broke entirely. Do not waste your money. Only had for 3 months

Good as Gold

Polished brass fixtures are hard to find, but this one is a winner. The finish is shiny and pretty with sleek design. The hardware is a hardy weight. My only reason for four stars was because the water flow seems a bit low unless you set to “spray”. Spray setting works well.

Super satisfied

The antique copper faucet is smooth and strong. Really the most elegant faucet I’ve ever seen

Water pressure problem

Looks great, but the water pressure is a problem. The plumber worked forever on it, but not the pressure I had with my old faucet.

Spray to flow issue

The faucet is beautiful, but after about a year and a half, the faucet will not stay on spray. It automatically switches to halfway between a regular flow and spray. I’m going to have to get a new faucet.

Traditional mixes modern

We needed a new faucet and I was looking for something traditional/ modern/ and a little industrial. Plus it didn’t break the bank :) This faucet was it! The first faucet was damaged but the customer service was amazing from the faucet company. #sarahaloidesigns

Poor handle design and water flow

Would not purchase again. Significantly reduced water flow for both cold and hot, much more noticeable in the hot water flow. Handle feels sharp and is not comfortable.

This is a really nice unit for the money. For a few dollars more than what you find at a big box store you get a higher quality more custom piece.

Poor quality

The housing that holds the retractable sprayer broke within a few weeks of being installed.
