We ordered this during covid and it took quite a while to arrive. Set up was easy and it worked well, for about 1 1/2 yrs. Then the pump started leaking, badly. So this sat upright so water did not accumulate and freeze. I recently repaired the pump leak only to find the shell itself had a crack in the inner shell, behind the pump. It is leaking pretty good. I did not reach out for warranty coverage, simply because the company has failed to respond to previous contact for other issues relating to the temp settings. I tried a plastic welding product but it didn't work. I am now trying a spray sealer. If I cannot fix the leak, it's roughly $2800 headed to the dump (even more now). Find another brand.

We bought this hot tub because it is compact and so we didn't have to wire in new electric to run it. Right away we were dissapointed because the control panel didn't work. We were unable to increase the temp. from the default 100 degrees. We were also not able to turn the jets on manually, we just had to wait for the water to cool down enough that they came on. I contacted Wayfair and they got me in touch with the manufacturer, but since they are in FL (I believe) they were really not helpful. After a while I gave up trying to get this resolved and just used it as it was. Now that we have had it a few years some of the jets don't work anymore at all, we have tried draining it, thinking maybe there is an air bubble, but that didn't work. The cover also ripped over time, but we are in MN and there is a lot of snow that can accumulate before we get a chance to clear it off. All in all I like the hot tub, but I am disappointed with the control panel issue never being resolved and the jets not all working.

We absolutely love this hot tub. We put in the electrical hook up to the house and I would definitely recommend that route vs plugging it in to an outlet. Heating is consistent, lowno notice in power bill increase, PERFECT size hot tub, the ozonator definitely works to reduce chemical use and cost. I bought a starter chemical kit 6 weeks ago, and still have more than half products left (except brominesanitizer, but thats obviously going to get used quicker vs the other chemicals). This has been the perfect addition (and addiciton) to our home!

Horrible piece of junk!! Don't waste your money...run from this thing. We've had this a few months and it's been nothing but problems from heating issues to jets not working. I've never had so many issues with a hot tub ever!! In fact...my hubby is trying to get the jets working now as I type this. That's what I'm doing on a Thursday at 9pm!! It was a nice price and is a good size for my husband and I. I don’t think four adults would fit comfortably without getting a bit intimate with their legs, but two adults and two children would. It takes awhile to heat, so my husband is figuring out how to connect a tankless outdoor water heater to help with that, though he’ll need to add a 240 volt plug for that. He’s an electrical engineer so I think he can handle it. To get it from the front drive to the back patio we hired a couple of moving men through the U-Haul app. It only took a few minutes but the site required two hours pay. We figured we saved more than that buying through Wayfair, so all good.

81424. Update Called warranty line the following day and spoke with someone. Explained the problem. He was a little hard to understand but advised it was the ozonator and they would send out a replacement part. Someone even returned my call from the message I had left later the same day. This person was much easier to understand and advised it was an extremely simple fix. It was. Took my husband maybe a few minutes start to finish to complete. Here’s hoping it doesn’t fry out again! Just refilled so waiting for it to get back to hot!

Our family is in love with this hot tub. Delivery was a breeze, it’s packed on a pallet and was super easy to move to the patio. It took about 24 hours to heat up to 104 degrees. The jets are nice, not too strong but good enough for a nice feeling on your back. There are 6 seats, 4 are deeper and 2 higher for smaller kids or if an adult wants to have part of their torso out. The water fall is so cute and the lights that change color are a hit with the whole family. The water stays pretty warm when the top of off, it went down to 101 degrees after being in it for 1 12 hours. The lid is nice, easy to lift on and off. We bought the steps separate This tub nicely fits our family of 5. Highly recommend.

This has been a fabulous addition to our house in the desert. The unit is light (two guys were able to carry it onto our property) and the size is just right for four big adults and two smaller ones. The volume of the tub is also water efficient (less than 250 gallons way less than traditional models) so it’s great for water conserving California homes. All in all a great buy. I highly recommend it.

We love our new AquaRest AR600! Delivery went great, we messaged ahead and asked that they back down our football field length driveway since there’s nowhere to turn around and they did. Placed the hot tub exactly where we asked and it was super easy to move. Only took a few hours to fill and yes it takes a while to heat up initially and the jets aren’t super powerful but we expected that and honestly we didn’t care. It’s perfect for us and has turned our backyard into a relaxing sanctuary!

This spa has been nothing but trouble since day one. It runs practically non stop to keep temperature high enough to enjoy. Original cover lasted no time, very cheap. I have already replaced it in less than two years. By it running continuously, the water evaporates and I have to put more water in it constantly. After you put water in it you have to wait at least 24 hours for it to heat back up so you can use it again. Now, it will not run at all. Not sure if it is the control board or motor? I’m highly disappointed with this product. I had a cheap hot tub for over 25 years before purchasing this one and it worked great for many years. I replaced with this one thinking that it would be more efficient and an overall upgrade but it has been the complete opposite.

If I could give it negative stars I would. The hot tub is leaking already. I intentionally waited a few weeks to see how the hot tub would be. Well to my surprise there are multiple leaks now. I was able to find that the hose to the ozonator was not fully pushed on and was leaking directly onto the electric motor for the pump. Then I discovered that there is another leak on the other side of the tub where there is no access to unless you empty it. There is also spray foam all over the the hoses, electric pump motor, the vent for the motor. It looks like they just blew a can of it up inside for fun. There was also overspray on the exterior but I was able to scrape it off. This is an extremely regrettable purchase. Don’t waste your time or money on this garbage as it will just cause headaches.

The delivery crew gets 5 stars! The hot tub itself is a good size for 4 full size adults...maybe not so much 6. The jets seem to be really well made and have adequate pressure. The only 2 things I dislike about the hot tub is when you sit in the seats it's easy to slouch a bit because of the angle. The other is the waterfall. On the inside of the cover that goes over the filter and waterfall, the material was trimmed a little too far back which makes it not quite waterfall-like. It's a little hard to explain. The good thing about the waterfall is that it has variable pressure. The lowest setting seems to be the best as it seems soothing. It did take quite a while to get the water up to temperature ( keep in mind it's only 110 and it

Day 4…. Filled and chem set etc- will not go over 100. Been heating for 4 days and has yet to hit 102 set temp. The cover isn’t tight, and steam comes out the sides. Cover seems too big for the tub. Chlorine was burned off in 3 days. Had to add water by day 3 due to evap. So far haven’t even used the does yet. 50 degree days and 30 night, I expect it to struggle at night it’s cold. Temp raise 1 degree every 2 hrs until it hit 88 then more like every 45 hrs then just stopped at 100 and has not gotten any higher in 24 hrs. So far not impressed

For a plug and play model at this price, the premium AR600 does the job. It comfortably hold 4 average sized adults- the 2 bench seats could work for pre-teens/teens to get you to 6 people. So far it's been easy to maintain. In the colder northeast the heater runs often so we are looking into ways to better insulate. The first spa delivered was a dud with several manufacturing problems, but Wayfair had it remedied in days and sent a replacement. Excellent customer service from Wayfair. The spa has been a really great addition to our wellness routine.

If you’re looking for a super in depth review regarding price, quality, monthly electric/water bill, features, little helpful things to know, etc. As this is my first hot tub, I did a lot of research on how to save money, regulations, and speaking with a professional pool service guy!

I Have had this hot tub for 18 months. When we first started it up, the hot tub wouldn't continue the filter cycle. Always had a dr error. It would only cycle through without the filter in. Now 18 months later it is not functional. There is a leak somewhere in the tub and NO pool supply company will work on these hot tubs. Customer service for dreammakers hot tubs are absolutely unhelpful. They think we all can take apart the hot tub fix it, then put it back together. DO NOT BUY anything from this company. You will be on an Island the minute you make a purchase! I am truly disappointed I ever saw this deal on Wayfair

I’m very disappointed with the quality of this product and the quality of the customer service, which seems nonexistent. I should have know there would be problems when I prior to purchasing the hot tub I tried contacting AquaRest to determine what the “Premium” tub included. I received a reply months later with no explanation except the same description on WayFair. I purchased the hot tub anyway based on the reviews.
