Great toilets great service!

We love our new toilets!! Delivery and ordering was a breeze and received very quickly.

toilet came in broken

so frustrated with this. I have to carry this to UPS to return. how customers have to punished the product was damaged during shipping? also, this is the first website i bought stuff that doesn't have 24 hours customer service. i don't even know if i will get back my shipping fee back.

Lowe's needs to cut ties with this vendor

Never received half of toilet, vendor didn't provide tracking and never told us it broke in shipping. Had to go in to store for an employee to tell us why it never showed up. Then when they shipped a replacement the second one arrived damaged too. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS TOILET FROM LOWES, go anywhere else! Lowe's customer service also one of the worst to deal with. 3rd toilet pending now, delaying our project nearly a month at this point.

Terrible service at Lowes, misleading info

Had a terrible experience with lowes. The picture on lowes.com shows that it has a seat cover, and then there is an item in the description saying that it doesn't include the seat cover. This really requires customer to carefully review ALL descriptions to get the accurate sense on what's included. When I shared the feedback with lowes, the customer service representative basically says "it's mentioned in the description. it's your fault for not reading every single bit...".

Product great! Delivery not so much!

I strongly recommend the product, five star. I do not recommend the delivery option, 1 star. The order arrived five days later than promised and the delivery men refused to bring the boxes in the house. I unloaded the boxes from the pallet and asked them to take it with them, they refused. I could have picked it up myself and received the same service, less the $80 fee!

Inside different

I have a few toto toilets, the all look similar on the outside but this one is different on the inside and took some time to get used to. It is kind of narrow on the inside and the flushing system is very powerful. I did order it online and thought it would be the same as the older ones I have. Works great though.

A GREAT toilet.

I purchased this to replace a toilet in my 1926 Sears Craftsman home. I hired a plumber to install it. This is by far the best toilet I've ever owned. The "Cyclone" flush works great and the toilet is easy to clean. No more small water holes under the rim to get plugged up. I also like the mini and maxi flush buttons/options for more efficient water usage. A little pricey but definitely worth every penny. I couldn't be happier with the purchase. SIX STARS !!!!!!!!!!
