Product is great, getting it not so great

We needed a chair height toilet (getting older and decrepit). It took a while to accumulate credit card cash back points for a gift card that covered most of the cost, but I wanted a good quality and reliable product. So it was disappointing and confusing when the toilet was delivered without the tank and the packing slip said the order was complete. When I finally got through Lowe’s telephone maze, the manager I spoke with was very nice, checked into it with the vendor, and called me to let me know the tank was on the way.

Check for leaks

Factory gasket leaking very frustrating , took multiple attempts to figure out where the leak was.

Toilet works well. It was the only one I could find to fit in the small room it is located in. Appreciate the chair height.

Came broken in packaging and THD made it our responsibility to deal with return and repackaging and also wouldn’t allow exchange

The seat is a comfortable size and the back of the toilet is small and compact. Purchased a second one I liked it so much.

Everything was as expected. HD employees were courteous when we picked up our order. Everything was perfect with the toilet. We installed it and it works great.

I like the height of the new toilet.

It is a very good toilet and does all of the toilet things well. However, the tank was cracked during shipping and we didn't notice until it had water in it! Oh, no! The return crew handled everything well, but be advised ... the bowl must be returned with the defective tank since they're sold together.

This is the commode of preference in the house.  we have a different brand of Toto, which gets dirty very quickly. This one does not.

Great buy for the price

I read a few of the reviews that said this toilet is loud and weak. Not sure what people’s definition of loud is but the tank refills in 30 seconds so whatever noise it makes it’s for less than 1 minute. It’s got way more power to its flush than any toilet I’ve had in the past so also - maybe it depends on your definition. Love the small profile, don’t hesitate to buy this toilet based on those few bad reviews.
