This is the best toilet. We upgraded all of our toilets to this one.

It’s a great toilet. I ordered two for the two bathrooms are remodeled. Sadly, one of the toilets came shattered (The tank )during transport… It wasn’t the best experience to return it!

Seat not stable!

The toilet seat is not stable, moves side to side with looseness at the area of the lift mechanism. This movement in the seat is not adjustable. Toilet performs well in all other aspects.

We initially ordered the one piece version of this toilet and realized it was small for our power room. We then ordered this two piece and it is 2 inches taller so it makes a difference.

This is a great toilet, we’ve replaced every one in our house with it!

Beautiful toilet, powerful flush, water fills up fast & uses 1 gallon of water per flush. I like the toilet seat, that it is a slow close lid. Great toilet so far. It’s only been installed for 1 month. Hope to use for many years and maintenance free! I love the one piece & and taller in height toilet. So far I love Toto Toilet. Not sure I like the flush handle on the side. But getting used to it. But it does make you have to reach farther back to flush the toilet. Just a minor inconvenience.

Toto toilets are professional grade, many commercial buildings use them. Zoro had a price less than half of what the plumbing suppliers quoted me. The item arrived within two days in the original factory packaging. It's a quiet flush too!

Great value

The toilet flushes well is quiet and the porcelain stays shiny even with the hard water in my area. The price was lower than the plumbing suppliers! When i called to ask the price it was double of what Zoro had. The plumbing supplier said she was going to order several from Zoro also. Keep in mind you need a Toto toilet seat so it fits properly on the toilet. iI ordered the lowest price and it was fine. The order came in the next day, packaged from Toto.

Great Toilet

DIYer - Purchased this toilet a year ago. Very simple to install. Looks wonderful. Starting another bathroom and wife called out using this toilet in our next DIY bathroom project. There is nothing we don't love about this toilet. Flushes great and water surface area is large.
