These are great. They just need a little time, to learn how to navigate all the different shower features. A large unit.

Remove those filters that restrict the water flow in order to get better pressure; works great after that.

Cheaply made, mostly plastic. Very poor install instructions. I was replacing an old Valore, wish I could get another Valore

Great product with a very simple install. The rv water pressure with a regulator and water filter is adequate to have full flow. I feel we now have longer run times before running out of water as well. Very happy with purchase.

Says it will fit in existing showers but tried to install in both our bathrooms and it just leaks all over! Very frustrating as it's not an easy install. Wish I never saw this monstrosity

We LOVE this shower-head (purchased brushed steel) - it did require a few DIY-er-savvy moments to install (see install tips below), but the end result is fabulous!

Great Company to work with

I'm sure this is a great product, however it wouldn't work in my shower. I contacted customer service and they sent me a return shipping label and helped me order a replacement that would work. The one we decided on was much cheaper at a different supplier so they matched the lower price. I couldn't be happier with the final product and working with build.com was a pleasure.
