Leaking toilet

Very dissapointed, I have this toilet for less then six months and toilet start leaking, called kohler and they sent a technician plumber to take a look and they found the leak and order replacement parts, waited for a week tech came to fix it and found out that part won't fit and they have to replaced the whole toilet, they said that it will take 2 weeks to deliver but after 2 weeks the tech called me saying that they are out of stock. Now I don'tknow how long it will take for finally get the toilet. Since they have that many distributors why they don't agree with one of them that have it in stock to give me the toilet and Kohler replace it to them? Very dissapointed.

Avior is a great toilet

Love my new fancy toilet. It took my contractor 2 days to figure out the details, but now we have it down. I will spec this toilet for future design projects. Its very attractive and efficient, it's a toilet, what more do you want to say about it. Visually it doesn't take up a lot of space, works well in your average 5x8 bathroom. Easy to clean - love that part.

Floor Mount Water Valve

Instructions are not correct per the print , the hose is too long and will not fit the floor installation.

Good product some challenges with the installation

This is a very good product, however this is not a do it yourself project if it is a replacement toilet. You need to use the shutoff valve supplied that requires a male connection out of the wall. Kohlers installation video does not address this small but critical information. I ended up having to call a plumber to make this modification to my plumbing. Beyond that, this toilet works amazing well and looks beautiful once installed. Ferguson was great to work with.

Awesome toilet

Just completed a bathroom renovation on a small bathroom and we were looking utilize as much space as possible. The Avoir looked perfect for what we were looking for and we looked everywhere. No tank in the wall or need for another electric outlet for the toilet. It is very contemporary and not a ton of bidet and light features that can go bad in a few years that we have to pay for and repair. Water fill is super quick and a strong, quiet flush. We certainly took a risk by buying a newly released toilet without reviews, but so glad we did. I will buy more for other bathrooms.
