I built it and I love it!

In the sprin,. 2024, we decided to really upgrade our patio and after seeing the one my brother got, I was hooked. We removed a 10 x 10 pergola as we really wanted more room and a improved look to our backyard overall. The Cordova did it! The 14 x 10 format gives plenty of room to gather and socialize. The look gives us the upgrade we wanted with a cottage like feel. Assembling it was a lot of work but easier than I expected. The instructions were well writtened and diagrammed. While I called customer support because I thought I was missed a part. Later i discovered the fault was mine as I misplaced the part. Nonetheless, they were quick to send the part. Great experience.

Damaged and missing parts

This is a very good product and assembles very precise, and is well engineered, as long as there are no damaged or missing parts. Mine was missing (1) of (2) E14 Rafter - W4L15299 pieces, as identified on page (6), and (1) of (2) H17 Purlin W4L 15306 as identified on page (5), was crushed/broken, on one end, possibly by an aggressive fork lift or pallet jack operator. I hired (2) Installers that own a Home Remodeling Construction company, to do the assembly/installation, at $75.00 each per hour. They were able to duplicate the missing and damaged pieces, so as not to unnecessarily delay the assembly. If you are not able to do the assembly yourself, take the time to do an inventory of the parts supplied, before your assemblers are scheduled to do the work. It took 3 weeks to find these type of skilled workers that would tackle this job, not even considering "Go Configure" with an overall rating of 1.3 Stars out of a 5-Star rating, on over 400 reviews.
