Ice maker

I like the pitcher water dispenser. I do not recommend the ice maker. It is very slow. Also, we were told one dispenser makes little pebble ice, which isn't accurate.

I love this fridge. Okay one thing about side by sides...they are way way easier to see what you have in your fridge, and as someone with object permanence issues (only gor health food), thanks ADHD, I NEED to be able to see what's in there. Aside from that, the water pitcher took away all my excuses for not drinking water. And the dual ice is amazing. I even got my former ice hating husband to admit that drinks are better chilly (as long as he has a straw).

We love this refrigerator! The outside is so sleek and does not show fingerprints! The inside water pitcher that fills itself has eliminated family riffs. Two sizes of ice, is, well, fun! The only thing it is missing is a cheese/meat tray. We have been using a plastic bin, it works, but we are ordering a hanging bin to place under one of the shelves. If it came with the bin, we would give it 5 stars!

Product was great until a month ago. The it stopped making ice. Called and tried to get it repaired but there is no samsung repair center near us. It has completely quit working now for 2 weeks with no delivery scheduled. Would not recommend buying a samsung appliance unless you live close to a service center.

Shelves not adjustable

Dent in refrigerator door. Not huge, but I didn’t buy scratch/dent or floor model. Surprised that shelves are not adjustable. Overall it’s okay, but not the quality of my 27 yrs old Kitchen Aid

It is great. No handles in the way. 2 sizes of ice. Built in water pitcher alway full and water sppout for water bottles. Plenty of room for everything of any shoe and size.

Nice fridge

Only had for a week but so far I really like it. I like the no print finish on the outside, the little pitcher for water, the two different types of ice and the cool way to open the doors. The thing I don’t care about is the Wi-Fi connection, I don’t really need that .

[Rewarded Review] Sharp looking with one flaw

Pros: It is great to have the option of the sharp looking glass front that cleans easily with a microfiber wipe and doesn't have a handle that sticks out. Interior has plenty of space. Our energy usage has been slightly reduced over the last frig. While it's taking a while to get used to the ice and water dispensers that are accessed by opening a door, it's growing on us. We don't have to be concerned about the augur getting stuck or the augur motor giving out.

I bought this and installer resultsed in a slight lleakage, corrected. Refrigerator is consistently cool, water works well though needs significant pressure to get it running, seems smaller than believed. Front stainless easily dented, sides sturdier.
