No wide spread enough. Managed to make it work by facing handles backwards instead of to the side. OK.

I would give zero if possible.First Moen trim missing interior threads.First valve kit missing 5 parts. Second Moen trim kit does not install as pictured/described on universal bidet base.Switching to Kohler, of course now the color I need is no longer available. Process is such a pain, waste of time/money. Whole house remodel, this was only plumbing fixture bought from HD and the only one with multiple problems.

Design is clunky. Time will tell us if the design avoids the problem that we had with our previous hardware. If so, that will be fantastic. (I think the mixer valve wore out on our previous hardware resulting in a lot of hammer.) Moen gives you a choice of 5 or 6 designs for the valve handles which has to be purchased separately. The cost of the two sets of hardware plus the plumber's time was pretty much what we paid for the original bidet, porcelain bowl, and hardware. The fountain has a different spray pattern and force than our previous set. Both the mixer valve and fountain sit higher on the fixture than our previous set did. It is very hard to get product information from Moen about their equipment, the Moen website has a sentence about how the handles can be interchanged with different designs but no one could tell us if this was true for the bidet handles. I really got the impression that bidets are rarely sold, so no one knows anything about their products.

bought with the T5220 eva faucet. Be aware that some of the parts that go with the faucets are in the m-pact kit and vice versa. if you don't get both, same brand, (moen) you are asking for trouble.
