The rough-in was too big for 2x4 walls. Had to return this rough-in valve and go with a delta faucet.

But this should be included with the faucet I had to order as a separate piece delaying installation

My plumber had problems with leaks on both hot and cold line connections. The cold side didn't leak until all drywall was up and the handles were put on. The same plumber did a dual shower and toilet in this bath, another bath, kitchen and laundry room. This valve was the only leak problem.

My contractor had to remove tile and bring valve forward because there wasn’t enough threading to screw in faucet. It worked out but warning to account for that to avoid redo work. Other than that very happy.
