I will never buy bissell again

It's not even 2 years old and I've had nothing but problems for the last 6 months. I am not impressed with the cleaning, I can't get the cover off to clean the machine after use. I have to get someone with a whole lot more strength than I have to do it. Now it's making a loud screaming noise anytime I turn it on. I'm so fed up with the bissell brand I'll never waste my money again.

LOVE IT !!!!

This machine is fantastic, it works great and i just love the very long cord. The handle is long no bending over. I give this product 5 stars.

Not good for pet messes

Ok for small cleanups but not for pet urine. I clean the machine after every use but it continues to leave puddles of dirty water.

Wonderful back saver

This is my 2nd review because I can't say enough good ant the Crosswave. Everybody knows mopping with a conventional mop and bucket is back breaking work. The Crosswave makes keeping floors clean very easy. I've used mine only twice but I absolutely recommend it. Having 3 indoor pets can be a hairy challenge and throw in the cat having a kitty litter party and it gets out of hand. Kitty litter can't run and hide from the Crosswave. Love the self clean feature. I rinse the roller under faucet after self clean and then run the self clean for just a few seconds to pull out excess moisture.

This is a back saver!

I received the Crosswave Turbo as a gift. I've used it once already and can't say enough good things about it. It glides easily over the floor (whitewashed grey LVP that shows everything) and best if all - it really cleans well. Easy to take apart to clean manually also. We have a lot of sand and 3 indoor pets, so even though I thought my floors were fairly clean, it showed me otherwise. Love the vac and mop at same time feature. I would and have already recommended to friends.

Absolutely amazed, will never pick up a mop/bucket again

Let me start this off by saying, I can not stand mopping. My poor floors would go months and months without someone paying them the attention they deserve. There's just something about spreading around dirty mop bucket water to clean a dirty floor that drives me the wrong way... ... Anyway, I went out on a hunt to find a quicker, easier alternative. First, I thought about just getting one of those spray mops, swiffer/bona whatever... Then I walked by this and decided to give it a try. I will say it was a splurge purchase but I don't think I will ever regret it.

Where has this been all my life?!

I need to say first off I freaking hated doing floors before this mean machine. I'm so beyond grateful to those who had a hand in creating it. No more mop and bucket. No more broom and dustpan. Gone are those days. I have an apartment with all ceramic tiles and they are an antique white color. Y'all know what that means. Yup, they needed lots of spot mopping.

Very Good but a few problems

Easy to assemble and does a great job with the exception of around baseboards. Wish it went right up to the edges. I had a few problems cleaning the machine. Step 5 on the cleaning instructions says to remove the filter by pulling it up. Good luck with that. It needs a pull tab. Step 1 on cleaning the brush roll says to pull up on the brush roll window. Even my big strong husband had a problem with that. I am also confused by the instructions on cleaning the brush roll. Do I just rinse it out as per the instructions or do I use the cleaning tray. If everything else is outside drying, how can I do that. Instructions need to be clearer. Overall pleased with performance.
