Cheap looking
Mostly Vinyl - Use Stainless Screws
VINYL doesn’t rust BUT the metal does - replace the screw with stainless ones and rustoleum’ed the bracket. Also used hot glue to seal the small screw inside - the only metal I could not hose from the elements was the pin that holds the socket to the sconce - wish you had use vinyle there as well.

Liked that it is plastic. Unfortunately, the holes did not match up only slightly & new holes had to be redrilled
