I just setup my camera easily, and when I needed help, Carolyn G (the representative) was there to help.

Wireless

Your description says camera is wireless. To be wireless I shouldn't have to have any connections other than wifi to operate it, yet it has to be plugged into a power source to operate. I'm not sure how that translated to wireless, you spend 60 bucks on a camera you expect the description to be correct !

Good Camera, Really good support

Have had this camera running with Scrypt for about 9 months. For some reason, while it was still acquiring an IP and connected, it stopped working. Tried factory reset, cable vs. wifi, different VLAN, etc. Nothing worked.

Camera itself seems ok, however I had trouble switching it to a different wi-fi network, after several attempts I gave up and decided to return the camera. Also wasn't particularly impressed by the app and PC interface. Although the existence of a PC interface is definitely a plus.

Lisa D helped me take care of my camera's issues concerning connectivity. Unfortunately, the camera disconnected from the wireless connection while I was out of town with a friend staying at my place. This did not make me feel safe and secure at all. That being said, Lisa helped me re-connect and reinstall the software due to complications.

Of all the technicians I had encountered today I must say, Gary A you were more than tremendous. I wanted to cry with frustration but after your kind and eagerness to help me through the issues. Easy to use camera with good picture. After you set it up with your wifi, you can easily move it to whereever monitoring is needed.
