Just what we wanted

This style is hard to come by (reverse taper...small at ceiling, then tapers larger) WITH GLASS. The reviews that I have read ARE CORRECT, it DOES come with the frosted glass installed, and you DO have to uninstall the frosted glass and install the clear glass. It is a little bit of a pain (but NOT unmanageable), but because of the limited options available (and I searched the market), it is well worth it. I also like the fact that it has an open bottom (there is no bottom glass given in either clear or frosted). It makes changing the light bulbs easier and the overall appearance (no dead bug collection) more appealing.

Sleek and stylish

We needed more lighting in our master closet and this was a great find. It went up really easily. The only downside was that it came with clear glass if we didn’t want to keep the frosted glass that was already assembled in it; but it did not have directions on how to swap the glass out. We didn’t was to take it completely apart, so we left in the frosted glass. It still looks really nice compared to the old globe that used to be in there.

Simply and easy to install light

Wiring is straight forward and even someone inexperienced can use the basic instructions and figure it out. The adjustable mount is nice but the adjustable screws take some trial and error to gets tight seal to the ceiling. The gap on the top of the light is great to hold the wires instead of stressing to get all the wires to fit into the electrical box.

Decent color

Today I revieved the light and was greatly dissapointed . The light did not come in its original packaging instead it came in a repack box . There was no install guid and the only saving grace was that the light was intact . Based on looks alone from box to presentation I would say if the product came original it would be a massive hit but as it sits I am poorly dissapointed .

Nice Light Fixture

This light fixture is very sturdy and well built. It comes with white glass or it can be switched to clear glass. It was easy to install and it should provide many years of light for us.

Attractive light

The product was packed extremely well to the point I had difficulty getting it out of the box! The fixture was surprisingly light weight and seems to be made of aluminum or tin. Not the thickest material. It looks nice. It came with a parts sheet which showed parts for all their lamps not just this one. The instruction page was only one page. It came with what seems to be extra clear glass for the side of lamp as it came with white glass installed. Bad point is that the underneath of the lamp is not enclosed and is open. I guess it will be ok. I haven’t decided on where to put it yet so can only assume it will work fine and looks easy to install. It takes two light bulbs so should be sufficiently bright.

Like the look but what a pain

Like the look of this light but I didn't know by the photo that it comes with opaque glass already installed. They give you the clear pieces of glass to swap it. It took me about 30 minutes to swap the glass...the tabs that hold the glass in the place need to be bent out of the way (like a picture frame) and then put back into place. Not sure it's worth it.

I was pleasantly surprised that frosted glass & clear glass came with the light.

Poor Way to Ship w/ wrong glass

They shipped with the opaque glass installed already and the clear glass included to swap out. Well swapping out is turning into an impossible task. When the product is clearly marketed with CLEAR glass in the pics, then it should arrive with said glass in place and optional opaque glass in package to swap if desired. Returning this to store.

Beautiful

This is a beautiful light that looks well-constructed. We used it for our entryway. We had a light similar to it before, but this one is an upgrade. In the picture, I used light bulbs that were too bright (there are no bulbs included with light). I upgraded with spiral clear bulbs. You can see the bulbs really well as the light is open, and it looks great. For the sides, you can choose clear glass as I did for the light, no glass or filmed glass.
