Will be returning. We set it up and the pump doesn’t work.

Fantastic tub, sadly it wasn’t shipped with a filter and jets, hopefully I’ll be sontacted soon and fix that problem. Otherwise excellent

This product does not heat to the 104 that is said to be.

Hot tub never got to full heat. Took 24hrs to get warm, never got hot.

We had to return the 1st one but the 2nd one came and was nice and worked well.

I do not recommend this spa.

From day one we had issues! Error code E5 always come on. I contacted the company and they offered a full refund. I would not recommend this spa. The inflatable part of the spa is great, nice and high and a very comfortable spa, but the errors codes come on too often. Also, the spa only goes up to 102 degrees, i have never seen it at 103/104.

I want the value that I paid for and didn't get it

The tub never heated up to 104 wouldn't reach past 102

Fast and easy to set up. Very relaxing.

I found it to be a little smaller than exspected.

Garbage. Pure garbage. First it was 61” across not 65” like it was advertised. Then error after error came up which basically made it unusable. Got maybe 3 uses out of it before I decided to junk it.

Does not heat above 85
