Love Ateco AND Kerekes

This brush is perfect to baste just about anything. It is light and easy to handle. I also have the round one inch brush and like that as well. By the way Kerekes is the FIRST place I look to purchase anything I need for my kitchen or baking. They stock so much product and ship to my home very quickly.

Brush works great and I love that I can put it in the dishwasher.

We LOVE this brush. It is so much wider than other brushes we've used before, and it makes our lives so much easier. We egg wash a lot of pastries in our bakery, and this durable brush has really cut down on our time. Not only is wider for better coverage, the bristles seem to hold egg wash better than other brushes, which means we spend less time dipping into the egg wash. We also use this for simple syrup, which we brush on babkas, right when they come out of the oven.

Perfect and very versatile brush. Mostly use to spread oil or butter on pastries, bread, etc. I like to keep several on hand and this is a great price.
