Good Design

Purchased to add a comfort height bowl to go with a Champion model tank we've had for years and like because it's about 3 in. taller than other tanks available nowadays - which means the top of the tank is at a more convenient and aesthetically pleasing height, Since the older tank is also a Champion (Skyline model), as we had hoped this bowl fits, works perfectly and is more comfortable than the standard bowl that came with the Skyline tank originally. The only problem was that the base of the bowl has a manufacturing flaw, being about a quarter inch off level which made the bowl rock when properly seated. Since it took awhile to arrive we elected to shim and caulk to stop the rocking rather than reorder only to discover the same casting flaw again. So...attractive comfort height bowl that evidently fits even older Champion tanks - a major plus - just wish the base was level as it would have made installation easier.

American Standard Champion PRO 2-piece toilet

Had a plumber install the toilet on 8/2. On 8/26 we noticed that the toilet runs on the regular basis. Plumber comes to look at the problem on 8/27 and claimed he fixed it. Call him back about an hour later and tell him it is not fixed it still runs. Even though this plumber told us to buy one of these 2 toilets from this company. He say's its a design flow in the toilet.

Toilet arrived on time and in good conditions. No problems at all with installation (I did not do it myself). Toilet has pretty much resolved the problem I was trying to solve—it flushes more effectively.

Great toilet! Easy to install yourself with the mounting kit I bought. No double flushes, and it's quiet!

Good flusher

Good flusher. This toilet flushes well. It’s a tall toilet, though. I’m trying to get used to it being so high off the ground.

Repeating problem, same issue as others.

Less than 6 months after use our toilet was constantly running, water bill went up (we suspect it was from this). We had the plumber out to fix it and less than 2 months later we have the same issue again. Contemplating buying a different toilet to avoid future issues and plumber fees.

Did a bathroom renovation and decided on this toilet for the seat height and the flushing power. Almost 1 year installed and no issues with clogs. Very happy with my decision.

Nice Touch for Bowl Installation

Installation went well, no leaks. I really liked the "no-tool-needed" plastic nuts that hold the bowl to the floor flange and the threaded stainless steel "holders" that keep the flange bolts upright and aligned during installation. Well done!

My opinion

This is just one users take on this item. Do not waste your money. While fairly attractive , for a toilet per se, functionally it is a big disappointment. Terrible flusher. Should have bought a Toto.

Great sturdy toilet for small spaces

Sturdy toilet, solid and well built. Fits into my small bathroom perfectly. And when you buy a wood toilet seat with good self-closing hinges (like the Benton Mayfair toilet seat with chrome hinges), you have a wonderful toilet.

It Fit

I ordered this for a homeowner who need a round front bowl in an off white color. Only place I could find it in stock was build.com. Shipped it to me fast. The homeowners like the toilet.

Great Toilet

Hard to get excited about a toilet but this one inspires excitement. It is amazing how complete a flush it accomplishes with so little water. It has a husky look and feel to it, it sits very firm on the floor and there is no concern it would ever rock on the floor. Installation was so easy, the supplied custom wrenches insured bolts were tightened but not overtightened. Great product, very happy with it.
