excellent separate controls for heat and smoke .large enough to do several items at a time easy to use not a grille but a true smoker

No regrets

Only having this item for about a month so far, everything we've made in it so far has been spot on. From mac n cheese to meatloaf, pork loin, chicken and homemade bacon.

Impressed with first impressions, user friendly and relatively little work to be done while smoker is operating.

Underpowered

Struggles to reach temperature (I’m talking 225-250), struggles to hold temperature. Requires excessive pre heat even on warm days. A larger heating element is required. It’s going to the curb with a free to a good home sign on it.

Good but damaged upon purchase

Picked this product up in store (Lévis, QC). Got it home and noticed bottom of unit was damaged. Unit works fine but damage was rattling because this isn’t a cheap item and door sticks slightly.

Well built solid smoker

Very solid, only complaint is oven temperature gauge measuring about 5-10 degrees cooler than advertised. But with this as a known, very easy to add 10 degrees to the set temperature. Otherwise, fantastic build quality, heats up to temperature promptly, and well insulated to hold temperature.

C'mon Bradley!!

The smoker unit is the only good part what so ever. I like the biscuits and the digital display.

Completely satisfied with this Bradley Digital Smoker

I have owned this smoker for 8 years, and never had an issue with it. The wood pucks are available at several outlets, and come in many smoke flavor combinations. My favorite is Whiskey Oak. It provides the opportunity to partially roast and smoke, so when done, you can place in a roaster with sauce to finish at low heat or finish on the grill. Easy to clean, also.

Outstanding performance for the price.

I bought this smoker nearly 5 years ago. I have not had to do any service or replacement. I refer to it as my "hillbilly crockpot", you simply set it up and go.

Works perfectly

I love the digital temp control. Smoke comes through nice and white for a mild smoke flavour. Easy to use and clean and the results so far have been great.

Not Impressed

After reading about this product in a few places I decided to buy it when it went on sale. As soon as I got it, I got it all setup, and bought 4 slabs of ribs to try it out. The smoker works, makes a lot of smoke but after 4 hours the unit barely got past 178 deg (F) even though I had it set to 350 and all material I've read says it can get up to 275. Obviously the ribs were pretty much wasted. It was a hot day and not windy, so weather was not a factor here. Packed it up and brought it back the next day.

Used it the first time this weekend. My ribs and chicken came out great.

Was as easy as they said it would be!

Just received my smoker a week ago. Tried it out the first weekend I had it and was really impressed with the performance. It was so much easier than my traditional smoker. I was a little worried about flavor but was not disappointed. So easy and hands free. Love setting the temperature instead of guessing. I reccomend this product.

Great smoker. Very easy to use and clean. Great company support.

Well made product,but temp recovery is too slow.

Location of temp sensor needs improvement . It measures back wall temp instead of air temp.
