Fan works well. Quite a bit of vibration while fan is running

We installed this fan in our large metal barn. It has helped move the hot air out. The tempreature is tolerable now! I would recommend this product! My husband said it was easy to install. Wish we had done it sooner!

Not bad. Not great

Not too loud and they definitely pull a lot of air but both came significantly bent. I bought 2, one of the motors is running VERY hot and I'm nervous it'll be an issue

This is a great 36-inch Single Speed Shutter Wall-Mounted Exhaust Fan. Using this to vent a large area and it works like a charm. The installation was easy as well.

Used this unit for about 3 weeks. The fan is cheaply made and is mediocre quality, it is about as loud as a large shop floor fan , with significant motor vibration. The motor runs hot, 55-60 degrees F. above ambient with unrestricted air flow. Not sure what would happen if the air flow were restricted. Too the shutters do not fit very well with more than 1/4 -in gap, though they appear to open and close well. That said, it does move a large volume of air and keeps my 2600-ft, unshaded shop near ambient air temperature on high solar loading days. Only time will tell if this was a good value but i bought the protection plan just in case.

This fan is poorly engineered with no support on the direct drive motor. The blades are grossly out of balance and it has caused the fan to shake the mounting screws loose that attach the fan to the wall. I will be returning this product to the store.

This 1/2 hp motor is pretty heavy. It is attached to the wire fan shroud and supported only on the bottom by one 10" brace also attached to the shroud. It must be installed in a very stiff housing. However, this does not prevent the motor itself from vibrating badly, shaking the shroud and describing a 1" vibration arc at the back. After adding a metal strapping "V" support to the bottom of the fan and screwing this into the wall, the vibrations were reduced to an acceptable level.
