Much needed item easy to use

I had several knives that were dull. This sharpened all my knives in about 15 minutes.

Inexpensive and Works well! Sharpened knives had to be handled carefully because we were so used to dull ones. Sharpened knives cut easily... we were shocked at how easily!

It takes too long to sharpen knives with this sharpener.

I ordered this to be sent to the Pell City, Alabama location, however, it was sent to the Bucksville (I believe that is the city) location and it could not be sent to me from there so the order had to be cancelled. I'm not pleased with this at all. I had waited way past the time they said it would be shipped, and still was unable to receive it.

Knife sharpener

I very much enjoy this product if you have a favorite knife that you used for years and you notice its a little hard to cut through a tomato or onion or anything. Get this knife sharpener and glide your knife through the four slots and wallah its like a brand new knife.

I am not big on this type sharpener due to removing material. I purchased mainly for the fine side. Only use the course side to bring shape back to blade. The fine does a great job, but still need to use steel to fine tune edge. I would recommend for most individuals that does not understand edges. It works well for the cost.

Stage 2 wheels not alligned.

First off, the user manual was missing a page and pages were assembles in random order. The missing page had the step 1 instructions in English. So, there is no instructions on how to use. The pictures on the Web page show the knife being inserted from both the front and the back. Is this correct?

The very first time right out of box I decided to sharpen knife. The second process following instructions carefully something disengaged within. Return was immediately and item was shipped to seller
