My experience with Lamps Plus was

Beautiful Chandelier, gold color is a soft gold and goes well with any decor. Chandelier and crystals add an elegance to the dining room. Well made and packaged. I am considering purchasing another one for my foyer . I took a Crystal from my Moms chandelier and added it to the bottom for sentimental reasons only. I am pleased with this purchase and service from Lamps Plus.

Love this light

I love it-it is gorgeous! It is a soft champagne gold color and the crystals are clear and sparkle well. It is a huge highlight in my house, and I highly recommend it.

It was packed very soundly and arrived very fast.

The chandelier is very pretty. I unfortunately had to return it because the color was not as gold as I need for my dining room. As usual Lowes was great about returning it.

The mist beautiful chandelier ease to install and looks amazing in my bed room I recommend hi ceilings but yes beautiful

Perfect and Simple

It's perfect ! Pretty but not fancy. This was for my mobile home. Easy installation. I purchase all my lighting fixtures from Lamps Plus!

Beautiful light

Great quality light fixture. I purchased three different sizes of this fixture. Beautiful and just the right amount of elegance to light up a room.

I purchased this chandelier at my local lighting store but upon opening the box I realized all the parts were missing including the crystals and chain. I went back and got a new box with everything inside. It comes folded in a flat box and you have to spread the arms out but there are no built in stops so it's a chore to get the arms equal distance apart. I think the manufacturer can do a better job in the design so it's easier to install. Overall it looks great but replacing my grandparents crystal chandelier was a bit emotional and it is now hanging in my boiler room because no one wants it and I can't toss it. Great price point great look!

Dining Room Chandelier

This is a well made chandelier that will go really well in my dining room. The crystals are made with good quality glass and add a sparkle for some elegance.

This is a classy Chandelier. It looks great in my new master bathroom over the tub. It is a lighter gold, but still looks elegant with my other gold hardware.

It would not be fair to rate this as I returned the item immediately due to it was obvious the box was opened and resealed. Smaller boxes inside were opened not even taped shut I never even looked at the chandelier itself. Currently ordering same product from local lighting store. Item is currently on its way back to the sender would not think I’m going to have an issue getting my refund. Not remove chandelier from the box when I saw that it appeared this was Possibly a return what I can see it looked like it was constructed well..

Beautiful light but more of a silvergold than a true gold.

I didn't even fully take the chandelier out of the box. The color is barely gold and has black specks throughout. May be pretty, if you have no other gold in room.
