It is a good dispenser except when the compressor runs to make cold water, it sounds like a freight train. Set up is also cumbersome. I almost need to get a plumber to help. The unit is also bigger than I thought. I have to return it.

Never received the product. Poor customer service and promising of wrong delivery dates caused me to cancel the order. Not sure if this company cares about purchases for home use
Amazing hot cold countertop filler! The water tastes amazing, took about 30 min connecting it. Very good build, looks awesome and it’s super convenient as the water is filtered, u don’t have to carry heavy water bottles. Awesome product!

Bought 1 year ago. The water taste great. I did have a problem with dripping, but Brio immediately replaced the machine, no questions asked. No problems since.

Exceeds expectations
we are using the Bio in our office breakroom. it puts out plenty of cold fresh water. (I guess hot too but i only use cold) everyone is thanking me for putting it in. i am getting one for home use as well!
