Seller Good, Product Developed Rattle

Original fan that was sized for the bathroom cubic footage moved almost no air so I upgraded to this 110CFM fan. Now I can feel the breeze coming through the bathroom window when opened a few inches. After a few months of use it has developed a slight rattle. Since the fan is modular I easily removed the motor and squirrel cage assembly to check for something loose. Found nothing. Bench tested and it runs quiet. Reinstalled and still have the rattle. All I can guess is that the weather flap in the duct is making the noise. No issues with the seller and shipped and arrived within estimated time.

It was reasonably easy to install. Removing the previous fan was the most difficult task. I like the LED bulb option. When it burns out, I can just remove the bulb and screw in a new one. Fan is fairly quiet.

I am very pleased with the fan and light. It is very quiet and provides nice light. It was rated for a 100 watt bulb but only a 75w will fit easily. It's not a typical do-it-yourself installation. The fan required a cut of ceiling plaster to fit, plus foam insulation spray; I had this done by a handyman. There was also a little repainting and spackling that had to be redone around the cut. Keep in mind this is a messy job if it's installed where insulation has to be removed from the attic.

Good exhaust fan

It seems well made and installed as it should. While it isn't too loud, it also isn't silent. The only nit pick I had was the cover latch spring that I had to fight with to get right but that was minor. I would buy again.
