This broke less than three months in, there's a flashing green light on my plug so it won't turn on and it's taking Aleko a long time to help me, I have been without my hot tub since the beginning of August. The heat doesn't hold either, but I guess that's expected. Before it broke I would recommend but dealing with the brand I do not.

This is a wonderful hot tub but it says it’s 6 person but I’m 6.2 and my husband is 6.4 it will sit 3 people our size but I know you can sit 5 10 year olds in it just fine to and not use the heat when kids are in it and it does heat up to 104 and you can pack it up and take it just about anywhere

This was the second inflatable hot tub I've purchased. The one I had before lasted 3 years, was a different brand and we loved it! When it stopped working I decided to purchase this one. I liked the size, the color and the shape of it when it arrived in April of this year. Filled it and used it a handful of times, then went to get in a few weeks ago and it was cold. We tried resetting, but to no avail. We've tried leaving it unplugged for days, still no avail. We've tried changing and cleaning the filter, still nothing. It just won't heat. Currently the temp is at 71 degrees. For 2 weeks now I've tried to contact the company by email and I have received no response at all from them. We've literally had this hot tub for less than 2 months and I guess now we are just out $500 since it malfunctioned and the company wont respond. Perfect! BUY ANOTHER BRAND!

1 filter will not thread back on and have used ever tool possible, had a friend help since I’m not due to health thought it was me, it was stripped and without complete drain and send back return will never be fixed. Sad

I read some of the reviews and they were people they did not like the way this heated. I would like to say that they are wrong. I have mine said it 103 with the cover on and it’s phenomenal. It’s the best inflatable hot tub I’ve ever come across. The bubbles in jets are great and it’s very relaxing to be in this hot tub. I would recommend this for everyone. I have a lot of joint problems and this has helped a lot.

Bought this nice tub as a gift for my husband on our 4th anniversary, he loves it so do I. Everything works perfect, heats up within few hours. Love the quality and the product. but would recommend to use chemicals if you don’t want to change the water too often. Definitely 5 star

Edit: after only 3 months, it keeps shutting down and won't stay running. Looking into warranty info now. We had a Coleman 4 person and the filter went up. We ordered this one as a replacement. We love the size. Not big enough for 6 normal sized people, but comfy for 4. I do not like the safeguard that prevents running it 2 times in a row.

In less than 6 months this item (heater) stop working with no regard or concerns about repairing/replacing/refund. I don't recommend purchasing this item, 90 date warranty from the date of purchase/delivery on this item isn't enough if you don't set it up ASAP. Therefore I wouldn't recommend purchasing this item. No warranty from Wayfair or the manufactor. It's just unbelievable the lack of service you don't recieve for the amount you pay for this unit. I'll never purchase this item again.

equipment malfuntion.

We got this spa, quickly put ot together and started heating it which took almost a week to get it up to temp. Since then we have struggled to get it up to the right temperature again and theres a problem with the spa constantly losing air. Wouldnt recommend this product.

It was considerably cheaper than other hot tubs and I have had issues with shipping from other companies so I bought this. It did arrive early and was well packaged. However is won't stay heated no matter what I do to it. I'm not just talking about while in use. It will lose 20-40 degrees at a time. I will get it hot and come out the next day and it has gone from 107 to 71. I have restarted it, changed out filters and cleaned it hoping something will work but nothing. When we get in it we may have 10 min before it goes from 108 down to 98. It also loses water quite quickly. I can't find a leak but have to fill it up quite often. I love Home Depot but do NOT like this item!

Absolutely awful! Not worth the hassle. In addition to it taking days to heat up, unless you leave it on 247 it will not hold temperature...but if you leave it on you’ll destroy the heating element. Mine lasted a month and I only got 45 uses out of it.

Outstanding for the price range. My wife still can't believe we have a hot tub of our own. We bought the 6 person because I am a really big guy. I have no problems relaxing in the tub along with my wife. We have plenty of room to spread out and relax.

I liked the big square tub over the round you usually see, but I should have known not to really trust this brand. Im not impressed at all really. I just got my replacement hot tub 3 weeks ago because the first one got to temp three times (was amazing all three times) and then broke in less than a month. this one hasnt even gotten to temp yet, and it's in my garage. I see another return in my near future. maybe try a better brand.

Tepid Tub

Nice build quality but we had this heating for 7 days and we never got temp over 89f so never actually used it before returning. If you purchase this, I recommend buy gasoline and a box of matches and start a fire underneath it, if you want any resemblance to heat. Less of a hot tub and more of a Tepid Tub

Defective twice in a row

Update. The first heater element was defective so 250 gal of water down the tubes. Ive installed a new moter control they sent me and now it only heats to 96 degrees tops. Its been a let down. Im returning this product.

Many hours of enjoyment

We love this hot tub! It was easy to set up. The directions are simple. It does take about an hour per degree of heat to heat up like the instructions say, but it does heat to 108 degrees. We were surprised at the bubble jets. We expected just bubbles, but there is truly some force behind them, and they are very soothing. Definitely recommend!

Just received inflatable hot tub three days ago. It was very easy to assemble, nice size, bubbles jets strong. It does take awhile to heat up. We are on the 36 hour of heating it up and it is still only at 90 degrees, so we will see how well the heat holds in time. Also did not receive correct color that we ordered. Fast delivery

We love this and are in it every night. Simple to inflate and run. And holy cow the jets just bubble the stress away. I had read reviews that complained about it not heating up, but we did not have an issue. We had it up to 108 24 hours after we set it up. Had to back it down to 102. Great purchase. Highly recommend it. Two co-workers have ordered based on my recommendation.

We have never owned a Hot Tub before, but we are really enjoying this one! I just recently had a full hip replacement and am using it every day for physical therapy. I do not leave it very hot during the summer so that I can work my hip out. But, it gets hot well when we want it to. I am 5'4 and can stretch my body all the way across the middle.

The tub was easy to set up.
