Arrived on time. Delivery was good. Packing was also good. Unpacked it and had zero issues. After getting it wired up professionally, it has worked flawlessly. Jets are all strong. The lights are a nice touch for night time soaking. Glad I bought the 230 model, because read that sometimes, depending on the location the 110 model struggled to keep warm. I do not have this issue at all. Heated up quick and maintained the heat level nicely without having the heater on all the time. I have just owned it for a month so time will tell how good it holds up, but for now I am completely satisfied.

I have now purchased 2 of these LS700DX spas. Both have been good quality and work great. The only issue I had was as they warned to check all the threaded connections prior to filling the spa with water. On the second spa I did not check and sure enough I had a massive leak which required me to drain the spa and tighten one of the main connections. I do worry in the future about the connections to all the jests as they are not accessible from the spa sides. There is only 1 side that provides access to the pumps and control panel. Overall I am happy with the purchase.

Need help please with some Spa issues

We bought this hot tub as our Christmas present to ourselves. We really like the size and how he jets feel.

Disposable Hot Tub

The hot tub was fantastic for the first year or so, but then the issues started occurring. The vapor barrier in the cover failed leaving us with an extremely heavy cover. A short time later the controller panel had to be replaced as it developed condensation. The killer occurred when it sprung a leak. The repairman referred to our hot tub as a disposable hot tub because it's nearly impossible to access the jets, hoses, etc. because the hot tub and it's exterior are one solid piece of plastic.

As first-time spa owners, this model suits us perfectly. It is spacious, attractive, and (most importantly) has ALL the jets! Living in a rural area, delivery and installation were a bit tricky and added significant extra expense, but the product itself is exactly what we wanted at a fraction of the cost of the retailer nearby that provides "white glove" delivery. My husband built a set of steps with matching composite from our deck and we added a handle and rocking cover lifter. Can't wait to spend fall and winter evenings under the stars in this beauty!

Parts Failing After 3 Years Use, No Replacements

I bought one of these 3 years ago from Sams and after 3 years the small return jet nozzles in the wall that distribute water into the hot tub started failing. They are threaded into a plastic part that injects air with the water. Those threads have broken on two nozzles so far (part RD201-1006) and I have been unable to get identical replacements. I think the return nozzles in newer models are slightly different and no one supports the making older parts. I tried getting what were supposedly exact replacement parts on-line, but they are not the same. The Spa in not useable without these parts.

The product was a good value and looks amazing and we love it so much. It was delivered damaged from the delivery service but customer service was very friendly and said they will send a new panel soon. The only thing I dislike about this hot tub is the extra 28 jets that are acutely only 2 jets all together. I also wish you didn't have to unscrew 40 screws to get into the motor, but hopefully we never have to go there again. I think they should have a door that opens easy like the last one I had. Don't get be wrong this is a beautiful hot tub but I would save the money and buy the one with the 60 jets.

This tub is junk!!!

Do not buy this tub. It took me almost 3 months for delivery. Several weeks past the delivery date. The whole tub leaked out. Called in. They have you take off the side. Everything was tight. There is no way for me to fix the leak. I have owned two other hot tubs. This things is junk. It is cheap cheap material. I can’t wait to get rid of this thing as soon as possible. Warning the price is way expensive for the garbage you get. First review I have ever wrote in over 40 yrs that is how bad.

jets are cracking

The hot tub was delivered fine and installed on slab with no problems. Quality seemed to be good with no problems until shortly after the warranty expired! About 18 mos. in the hot tub developed a slow leak, after much searching we found the leak, a mini jet had cracked were it screws into the jet body. I called the manufacture rep and they were no help warranty is only a year. Trying to find parts for this tub is difficult. Finally repaired the jet about 12 bucks in parts. Then about 3 months later another jet cracked in the same way. So I'm on my third jet replacement now and have barely been able to use my tub. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS HOT TUB!

Avoid. Constantly having to refill after use.

This is a terrible spa. The jets are so close to the top of the spa that when you fill it up so two people can use it and then four people get in, the water overflows from the top and spills out. Then when you go to get out the waterline drops below the jets and turns the jets into a supersoaker and blasts the person across from the jets in the face with water. You have to hold the jet button down to permantely shut them off in order to get out without the jets shooting water ten feet outside the spa. You are not able to easily shift between two users and four users.

Powerful Jets

This is a massive hot tub! It fits 5 people comfortably even through it says 7. You do need to have a 240v electrical line input. We enjoy it and the jets are very powerful! It's great for a back massage. Although it's not guaranteed, I asked the guys who delivered to drop it off and place it in the backyard, which they did, and I gave them a tip for their help. I don't see an increase in my electricity bill either. I highly recommend buying!

Awesome hot tub, great customer service/delivery

We watched a lot of youtube videos on the Lifesmart Coronado which is basically the same hot tub but only has one pump and fewer jets. We bought this from Sams on sale and are super happy with it. The hot tub arrived two weeks ahead of the schedule date, everything was communicated and scheduled online. The delivery company was awesome and moved the pallet to the edge of my driveway next to our grass. The hot tub came completely wrapped in plastic, so me and two friends slid it off the pallet onto a moving blanket on the grass keeping it vertical like it came on the pallet. I pulled/steered while my two friends pushed. It was a breeze to slide across our grass and slid it onto another moving blanket on our concrete patio to slide it in place. Super easy! The electrician wired everything up which took him under twenty minutes. We absolutely love it. The surface isn't as smooth as acrylic but not as rough as other reviews made it out to be. The jets are very powerful. We fit four adults comfortably, could fit more but you'd be rubbing legs for sure.

Surface stains and foaming up like crazy!

Bought this model in May, came end of July but the shipping company didn’t have tub secured and was found sideways sitting on a couple floor jacks in semi. Not the companies fault but didn’t sign for it not knowing what damage was done. Received new tub that wasn’t bouncing around in semi and looked like the shipper was much more careful this time! Too another couple weeks.

First hot tub, enjoying it

I got mine around the time covid started about a year & a half ago. It is my first hot tub and I use it at last 3 - 4 times during the week minimum (I've also been in it for almost 4 hours straight over a weekend day where my wife says I must be daydreaming in there). During the work week I go in about 630 a.m. and listen to the birds / watch sunrise at my setting of 100 degrees and may not turn on the jets much. It is peaceful way of starting out the day without worrying about the bugs.

I bought this hot tub during COVID-19 in May 2020. I usually don't write a review right away to find out how a product works. This purchase was one of my favorites. I choose the Hot Tob with 7 seats, 2 motors and a 4 kW heating element with 119 nozzles.

This is a value spa, well made and affordably priced. Says it seats 7, more like 5 maximum, 4 defined bench seats. Wish it had a reclining laydown seat, only thing lacking. The inner shell is coarse, not smooth and hard to clean. Jets are strong but very noisy including the heater jet which comes on for about 5 min every 30 min when on max heat 104 degrees, the water fall is a joke and no value added. The LED light is nice with several colors, red is a little disturbing. Item delivered ahead of schedule, 6 weeks. I had the delivery guys slide this on the bed of my truck so I could maneuver it behind my home, 4 people to move off truck (600lbs+), easy DIY install once it was in place. I paid $4,699 on sale and based on what I got I am satisfied. Hope this helps.

Main expectation gain is hopefully energy usage will be down due to solid state design vs other tubs. YET, this foot print is Small ! and so called roto mold form Could save me energy cost soon. Notable flaws: 1 of 4 corner stations is horribly designed it hurts my neck to lay back fully. The station diverter knob is Loud and annoying, control pad is too small temp buttons should be separate not as one due to sensitivity when pressed. And sense this is a form, then the bottom middle could have been made with a raised dome like center for feet to rest and brace on! That would allow people Not to play footsie and feel uncomfortable. Top edges are slanted probably to keep water draining back in ..yet Nothing like drinks can be set on them without falling in. Although I do like one solid unit design vs wood frame of others so time will tell

I upgraded from a Hampton bay HB19 to this spa. ordered on Dec 4th and received Jan 7th. The tub is a very nice thick plastic with removable skirting. the bottom is foam insulated solid. connections were simple. the cover is a little loose and on the thinner side, but we build frost and snow on top, so it's holding the heat. the jets are very powerful and plentiful. the diverter knob lets u control what seats get the most power. works well, it's a little louder than the old tub, but it's got twice the motor.
