Probably the most impressive thing about this product was Bethany packed one more item than needed for every washer, nut and bolt. Very well made and nice heavy gauge compared to other similar products I have owned would buy again.

Throws a lot of heat and works well, easy to start. It took me less than an hour to put it together. Satisfied with this assembly process since I was not so good at putting things together. So far I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I found this simple to assemble using the clearly stated instructions. Provides ample warmth, all things considered. looks and appears to be a quality product in every respect. Sometimes I sit outdoors alone, considering get a reflector shield to concentrate the heat in my direction.

Glad I chose this model. A water box was also included and that helps a lot. Windy weather is quite common here, that's why I hesitated to get an outdoor heater before. When I was looking for a propane gas heater that matches my patio, I saw this! It looks good on the patio, and there is also a water box. In windy nights, water box is a true helper. Almost using it everyday, love it!!

Recently direct purchased from East Oak the 50000 btu original with sand/water weighted base propane patio heater in a bronze color. Excellent experience all around. 7 days from order to receipt, free shipping, and price less than on Amazon. Packaging and assembly instructions were both outstanding. The hardware blister pack design and labeling made it a piece of cake to complete assembly in under 30 minutes. A wrench was even included, but I used my own tools. Only thing of mine needed beyond what was included was a Phillips screwdriver. Recommend leaving all screws except the transport wheels mounting just a bit loose during assembly to get everything to align easily, then tighten everything up. Only items a bit tricky during assembly were making sure to not set the center support on the gas hose and reaching the top of the reflector assembly to tighten it into place. Minor challenges, and not a big deal. It is a very solid and well built item. Attractive appearance and fired right up on first click of the igniter. Really dumps out a ton of heat. Comes with a 3 year warranty, but looking it over, I don’t see where that will be necessary to use. I’m very pleased with the overall quality and with my experience with East Oak. I highly recommend this item.

It was a wonderful product that spreads warmth over a wide area. I've only used it twice so far, but I'd like to see how it goes for a while. I'm very satisfied at the moment.

Assembly was a snap. Manual is excellent. All holes aligned very well. No pushing or hammering required. I spent some time removing the protective coating from top, and the base cover that houses the propane cylinder. Overall, I find it totally worth the time as it lit up right away and heat can be easily adjusted with the knob, very pleased with this purchasing.

I sent one to my parents last month, they really like it!and send some photos to me, so I bought another one for our small family this time. The item was protected very well, and assembling it as the instruction tells is also time-saving. It gives lots of heat and that makes our outdoor time warmer and cosier. I also ordered a reflector shield, hoping it can be really helpful to save energy and I'll consider sending one piece to my parents.

Winter seems less cold to me, everybody should get one. lol.. Now I can stay outside for fresh air WITHOUT catching a cold! Love it

Very sturdy heater and the flames in the glass tube are wonderful. We have used this heater a few times and are happy with it. I bought it because I wanted something fancy that would look nice and keep us warm and I was not disappointed. Materials are good quality and assembly was not difficult.

We use it on our deck in the fall and early winter. Keeps warm and tasty. Extends the outdoor wine sessions.

I liked the BTU output, you could feel the heat. Assembly not difficult, works great and turning it on is very easy. Delivery was as expected.

Not sure what the other reviews were referring to. I almost didn't buy it because other reviews made it seem challenging to assemble. It was not anything out of the ordinary. I'm female and did it 80% alone. Just the last few steps to finish the top I needed a second paid of hands, but the directions were fine. Other reviewers must not know how to assemble things? I haven't used it yet I need to get a full propane tank, but wanted to mention don't let assembly stand in your way of purchasing.

Excellent for patios does not take up much space. Love it.
