This is a lovely floor lamp. Even though the measurements posted It still looks and feels smaller. My expectations and the pricing were incongruent

Don't judge a book by its cover

Like the adjustability of the lamp, however it is NOT like the pictures! Pictures do NOT show that the bulb protrudes from the lamp - so when the lamp is on and you look at it, you are blinded by the bulb!

Excellent Reading Floor Lamp

The lamp is very attractive, sturdy, and easy to reposition to obtain the best light. Make sure you use the correct lightbulb though as mentioned in the Lumens instructions. Because the light bulb is not fully covered by the shade, a regular light bulb will be too harsh. A little pricey, but we have gone through a few cheap floor lamps. Better to lay down money only once for years to come.

great style

I really like the way this lamp looks and the illumination covers a good area. But the screw that adjusts the position of the lamp often does not hold. You have to tighten it way too much and it will slip over time. I am not sure if I would order it again except that it is elegant.
