We have a tight bathroom with very limited wall space for a towel rack. This does the trick for us while still looking stunning.

Beautiful product needs more robust engineering.

I love everything Hansgrohe except this item. There are two design problems with this towel rack. First, the mounting hardware and system is not robust enough to handle two damp towels (plastic sheetrock anchors don't cut it here). It needs toggle bolts to prevent rotation.

Great design and looks nice. Only issue is that it sags with use--saw this in another review before I bought it. I still like it, regardless!

I thought the poles would be much straighter. But it works.

It’s a quality piece. It doesn’t stay level (the arms) when you put towels on it. My husband had a problem with a stud when installing, so I will never know if it was because of that or if it is symptomatic with this product. I probably would get a regular towel bar instead next time.

I'm using it for hangers in my laundry rm and it's perfect

I mounted to the studs to be strong but it is not. It twists and it doesn’t work as suppose to.

The towel bar was installed properly by my contractor. The bars lean downward, but not so much the towels fall off. Since it was installed and already compromised my wall, Wayfair gave me store credit. 5 star on their customer service!
