The cartridge is giving me problems. The water keeps leaking. I called the company to troubleshoot. It's been 2 weeks and the problem has not been solved.

Love this handle. Was a super easy swap for our old ugly 2-tone American Standard handle we had before. Didn’t need to swap the valve so a 15 minute install made a huge upgrade to our shower. We found an Open Box one so the price was amazing too and no issues with condition.

No Water Pressure

I bought this shower head as part of an entire shower hardware package for a full bathroom remodel. The shower pressure is so bad that I literally go to the gym every day to take a shower. When using only the wand, the pressure is extremely low. If I activate the entire shower head, the water literally just drips out. I am so disappointed in it. My old $20 shower head worked a thousand times better than this expensive one.

Water spots!

The brushed nickel finish is terrible. After after four months of periodic use, permanent water spots mar the finish. See photo after cleaning with mild solution and extensive buffing with soft microfiber cloth.

I've always been a fan of American Standard products and this shower system doesn't disappoint. All of the parts are excellent quality. We love the shower head with the magnetic holding system which is easy to remove and insert and the water flow is also excellent.
